Heavy rains have caused extensive damage to road construction, forestry and agriculture.
Increase in water level of Vishwamitri river
The water level of Vishwamitri river is increasing in Vadodara. Waters of Vishwamitri have overflowed on the road at Vadsar-Koteshwar culvert. Following this, the administration has closed the road from Kansa Residency to Vadsar village for traffic. Along with the waters of Vishwamitri River, there is a threat to the locals as the crocodiles are stressed. There are more than 500 houses and some huts in this area. The Vadodara Municipal Corporation has given instructions on the mic asking people not to use the road. So that any mishap can be avoided.
