Kapil is on a tour of Canada these days where his team is also present with him. Now a complaint has been lodged against Kapil Sharma during his Canada tour. The actor is accused of not fulfilling the contract. However, this case is not of the present time, but of the year 2015.
What is the charge against Kapil Sharma?
According to ETimes, Sai USA Inc has filed a complaint against Kapil. In 2015, Kapil signed a contract for some shows in North America, which he did not fulfill. Amit Jaitley, who is a well-known show promoter in America, says that ‘Kapil had agreed to do 6 shows, for which he was paid, but Kapil did not do any of them.
He said that Kapil had promised that he would pay him for one show, but Kapil did not do that either. But neither did he perform nor did he react. We tried to talk to him several times before going to court, but could not.
Legal action against Kapil
Jaitley said the case is still in New York court and will definitely take legal action against Kapil. Let me tell you that Kapil Sharma has been on a tour of Canada since last month. He recently performed in Vancouver where he was accompanied by Krishna Abhishek, Rajiv Thakur, Chandan, Kiku Sharda and Sumona Chakraborty. The entire team is currently present in Toronto.
