If the water is not disposed of immediately, due to which rainwater fills around the bore and sump, even the operator cannot go to the sump. If this water is not disposed of immediately, the sump and bore may be damaged. Corporator Maheshbhai Patel expressed the concern of water filling and short circuit in the motor in the general meeting.
The operator could not go to start the pumping station for two days due to water filling up on the road in Pitambar Lake area due to which the pumping stopped. This can happen here too, he said.
