Ranpur PSI File Complaint Againe 11 Peopel In Hooch Tragedy Case
of Gujarat(Gujarat) In Botad(Cured) in poisonous liquors(Hooch Tragedy) Ranpur PSI has also filed a complaint against 11 people. In which a complaint has been registered against the accused Mahendra alias Gopal Chudasama, Pintu Devipujak, Vinod alias Fanto Kumarkhania, Sanjay Kumarkhania, Haresh Ambaliya, Nasib Chana, Raju, Ajit Kumarkhania, Bhawan Ramu, Chaman Rasik and Gaju’s sister Vaddaria. In which a complaint was also registered in Ranpur under the sections registered in Barwala in which the police found 5 liters of chemical from the throat of the accused Mahendrasingh alias Gopal. Accused Mahendra alias Gopal had taken 10 liters from Pintu of this chemical chowkdi village. Also sold to more than 11 people of the village and acquaintances for 1200 rupees. While accused Pintu bought 200 liters from Vinod, Sanjay and Haresh. Also made 5-5 liter bags and gave chemical to many people including Gajuben, Jatubha, Vijay.
It is worth mentioning that till now a crime has been registered against 24 people out of which 13 people have been arrested. On the issue of the entire scandal, Botad SP said that no alcohol was made from the chemical.. The chemical was directly poured into the water and consumed due to which people died.
Apart from this, most of the 600 liters of chemicals have been seized. It is estimated that only 65 liters of chemical was used out of 600 liters of chemical. Out of the total 600 liters, 135 liters from Pintu, 200 liters from Sanjay and 140 liters from Ajit have been seized.
