Team Abhayam in Botad district is always ready to help the sisters in times of trouble. The team of 181 has saved many women from trouble. 181 Abhayam Helpline, which is continuously working in Botad district, has so far provided advice, guidance and guidance to more than 11,163 women. While a team of councilors has provided necessary help to 2,934 women by going to the spot. From January, 2022 to June, 2022, Abhayam Helpline team has received a total of 1,157 calls. Out of which a total of 233 women have been helped by the team on the spot. Abhayam Helpline team is continuously working to create awareness about safety, security and legal issues among urban and rural women and girls in Botad district. The 181 team also conducts training camps, demonstrations, legal camps and face-to-face visits from time to time to create awareness among women. A team of 181 Abhayam along with two counselor sisters, two constables and two pilots in Botad are ready to help every needy women in the district.

The main objective of the helpline is to rescue and protect sisters from any physical, sexual, mental or economic harassment, violence and cyber crimes, marital and other relationship disputes, as well as basic information on legal provisions and other types of problems. Through this service, women are provided with services like immediate rescue, phone guidance and long and short term counseling through 181 number.
Any girl, girl or woman of the state can take advantage of this service. Any man who wants to help a woman can use this service. Apart from this, women from other states who are victims of violence in the state can also avail this service.
