Shiv Sena MP Kripal Tuman, along with other party MPs, increased police presence outside their offices

Mumbai: Police presence has been increased outside the office of Shiv Sena MP Kripal Tumane amid the explosion of Shiv Sena MPs. Similarly, arrangements have been made outside the houses and offices of some other MPs of the party.
There is talk that some Shiv Sena MPs will meet Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla to break away and form a separate group. These MPs have made Mumbai MP Rahul Shewale a separate group leader. A Shiv Sena Lok Sabha MP has claimed that at least 12 of the 19 Shiv Sena MPs will form a separate group and submit a formal letter to the Speaker.
Meanwhile in Nagpur, police have provided security outside the office of Tumane, Lok Sabha Member of Ramtek. Security has been increased by order of Nagpur Police Commissioner Amitesh Kumar. Nandanvan police station personnel have been deployed outside Tumane’s office at Bhande Plot in Nagpur. A police jeep has also been deployed. A Police Sub-Inspector (PSI) is in charge of this arrangement, the official said.

Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde went to New Delhi on Monday night. The Shiv Sena under the leadership of Uddhav Thackeray has filed a disqualification application against 16 MLAs who supported Shinde. Regarding this, Shinde reviewed the legal strategy on Tuesday. Shinde was also scheduled to meet a separate group of Shiv Sena MPs. (PTI)
