Mumbai: Chennai Super Kings (CSK) star cricketer Ravindra Jadeja’s relationship with CSK has soured. Will Jadeja leave the CSK team as he has deleted all CSK related posts from his social media account? Such questions are being raised. The important thing is that Jadeja did not even send a happy birthday to CSK captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni on social media this time.
In such a scenario, news of a rift between him and the franchisee has resurfaced. There has been no official statement from the franchise or Jadeja.
If speculations about Jadeja and the franchise come true, Jadeja and CSK could be released from the IPL next season. Jadeja joined the Chennai Super Kings in 2012 and has been with the team ever since. He has also won 2 IPL titles with CSK.
Jadeja was made the captain of CSK in IPL-15. Mahendra Singh Dhoni then relinquished the captaincy of the team. However, Jadeja was not able to take over the captaincy and Dhoni was made the captain again. Ravindra Jadeja is currently on a tour of England with Team India.
Suresh Raina also left the team in IPL 2020 and returned to India in the middle of the tournament. The team was then left in the middle. He had returned from Dubai due to the controversy.
