A case under the POCSO Act was registered against Nishanth Kumar Yogeshchandra Vyas, the principal of a government school in Pune late on Monday night.
Surat (Surat ) in the education committee school of Punagam city (School (Puna police against depraved principal who sexually abused children)Police ) has registered a crime under the POCSO Act in the station and started investigation. Under pressure, the officials of the municipality reached the Pune police station and after filing a complaint against the principal, the police have registered a case and started investigation based on the complaint of the officials and the video.
According to the information received from the Pune Police Station, children were sexually abused by the principal of the Surat Mahanagara Palika Management Education Committee school in Punagam. No strict action was taken despite informing the governing officer of the education committee in this matter. Not only that, a pen drive was also presented as evidence of the principal’s black suit. More than 100 videos were seen in this pen drive. And even though children were seen naked in the video, no action was taken.
Finally, a show-cause notice was given to the governor by the municipal commissioner after the matter was presented to the chairman of the education committee. Later on Monday late night, a case under the POCSO Act was registered against Nishanth Kumar Yogeshchandra Vyas, the principal of a government school in Pune. The surprising thing is that even after receiving the complaint, for a few days the municipal officials seemed to spend their time continuously in the name of investigation and with continuous reports in the media, finally there was no answer for the officials and authorities and now the police complaint. Details have also been received that the police have detained the depraved principal while registering.
The police said that although Nishanth Kumar himself was a principal, he sexually exploited the child. In the preliminary investigation, Acharya Nishanth Kumar exploited the children studying in St. 8. While the opposition party also registered a continuous protest on this matter and outrage was also seen among the parents because such an act coming up in the abode of education became a topic of discussion in the entire education world.
