More than 25 cases have also been registered in Mehsana district against Vinod Sindhi, who runs a multi-crore liquor network bigger than small businessmen in Gujarat. It is to be mentioned that in the past, Vinod, who poured crores of liquor in Gujarat from states including Rajasthan and Haryana, has fled to Dubai. On the other hand, the police called it a rumour, and teams including State Vigilance and Mehsana’s LCB are conducting exercises to nab it.
The Mehsana LCB has busted most of the liquor network by arresting Vinod Sindhi’s right-hand man Sama Aburod, Asu Rameshchandra Agarwal, who runs a multi-crore liquor network across Gujarat, and Munim Swaminayak Lahnani Rah Aburod, the bookkeeper of his liquor network. Around 25 cases of foreign liquor have been registered in Mehsana district against Vinod Sindhi, who smuggled liquor through four to five personal persons like his Ashish alias Asu throughout Gujarat.
There is talk in police circles and bootlegger circles that Vinod Sindhi has fled to Dubai. However, Mehsana LCB PI Ajitsinh Vala said that this is only a rumor spread by his own men to divert the intensive investigation against him in the name of foreign to prevent Vinod from being caught by the police and LCB has conducted a full-scale exercise to nab Vinod.

Ashish Agarwal alias Asu, who has become the main part of the multi-crore liquor network, is on LCB remand.
