Meghmeher is being seen in Morbi district. Then 1 gate of Demi 2 Dam in Tankara was opened 0.41 feet today. The gate has been opened at 5 pm today, so that 10 villages of Morbi, Tankara and Jodia talukas have been alerted.

According to the list of Demi 2 Dam official, the 1st gate of Demi 2 Dam has been opened at 0.41 feet due to filling of all the water in Demi 3 Dam which is for irrigation. So an alert has been given to Chachapar, Khanpar, Mota Rampar, Amran, Bela, Duhtkot and Koyli villages of Morbi taluka, Nana Rampar village of Tankara taluka and Nasitpar and Mavno village of Jodia taluka. The villagers have been advised to be careful and not to travel in the river bed.
