New education policy will encourage startups and innovation: Prakash Javadekar

Former Union Education Minister Prakash Javadekar became the guest of Surat on Tuesday. He discussed the new education policy at the ‘Modi 20 Book Release’ function presided over by Prakash Javadekar in Surat.

Due to the new education policy of the country, students will get options and facilities in their studies. Students studying in higher educational institutions will have options similar to students studying in foreign colleges and universities. Students will get opportunities to study according to the global standard of education. Due to the new provisions, startups and innovation will be encouraged in the country,” Prakash Javadekar, former Union Education Minister of the Government of India and Member of the Rajya Sabha, said in his address.

On Tuesday morning, after Oro University, successively Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, SVNIT and finally the public university, the ceremony was held in the presence of the former Union Education Minister. During the ceremony organized in South Gujarat University, Prakash Javadekar said that in the new education policy, important changes have been made in the education system from school education to colleges and universities. New ideas like ‘Shodh’ projects have been implemented in engineering colleges. Due to which 4 lakh engineering students have got a platform for their research, projects. Now startup, incubation centers have been started. Atal Tinkering Lab has been started to develop the thinking power of the students at the school level. Research and innovation contribute significantly to the development of any country. Due to the provision made in the new education policy, startups, research and innovation will be encouraged in the country.
