Fukran, a native of Urangaon in Raigad, Maharashtra, was involved in robberies in Urangaon in 2004, 2009. Fukran, who is famous as Sagarit in Dawood’s special film Machamach, came to Surat in 2010 via Mumbai. In 2013, he was arrested by the Surat Crime Branch for the offense of Arms Act. He was also arrested in Rander in 2019. And in 2016, Fukran became controversial. The former sarpanch of Mindhi village of Allpad had terrorized two families there at the point of sword and robbed the two families of 5.15 lakhs and shocked the police.
