Like Sardar, this film too was released on October 21, 3 days before Diwali, and received negative to mixed reviews from the critics. Despite the film getting weaker reviews and negative word of mouth, the film has reportedly collected Rs 40 crores so far from all its language versions. While the film’s Telugu version reportedly performed poorly in its first week at the Tollywood box office. The film earned Rs 25 Lakhs on day 7 and is expected to do the same on Day 8 as well from its Telugu language version.
Since the film had around 10 – 35% occupancy at the theaters, it is therefore expected to hit the OTT soon. The film has its music composed by S Thaman, the film was edited by KL Praveen and its cinematography was taken care of by Manoj Paramahamsa.
