Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are the new parents in B-Town. The star couple welcomed their first child, a baby girl on November 6, 2022, at the Sir HN Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre in Mumbai. Ranbir and Alia arrived at the hospital in the early hours and Neetu Kapoor, Soni Razdan and Shaheen Bhatt kept them company. Taking to social media, Alia announced the birth of her daughter along with a sketch of a lion and lioness with their cub. She wrote, “And in the best news of our lives:- Our baby is here.. and what a magical girl she is ♥️ We are officially bursting with love – blessed and obsessed PARENTS!!!!! love love love Alia and Ranbir.” Speaking to ETimes, grandpa Mahesh Bhatt shared his happiness ahead of welcoming his first grandchild and said, “Waiting for a new sun to rise. A fresh sparkling dew drop of life.” The couple had been preparing for the baby’s arrival for months. Alia caught everyone by surprise when she announced her pregnancy on June 27, 2022. Alia and Ranbir got married in April and had an intimate wedding ceremony that was attended by their close friends and family.
