After India’s glory at the Oscars, winners were applauded in Parliament. Vice President and Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar kicked off the proceedings by congratulating team ‘RRR’ and ‘The Elephant Whisperers.’ Speaking during the session, Cong’s Mallikarjun Kharge also praised the winners. But it was his jibe at the Modi government that captured the house’s attention.
