Russian President Vladimir Putin has said that the country is not creating a military alliance with China. Putin said that they are not hiding anything in terms of their military cooperation, during an interview with a state television broadcast on Sunday. The statement from the Russian president came after Putin and his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping professed their friendship, pledging closer ties earlier this week in Moscow.
