An arrow drawn on the image also indicates the tweet’s “Atl text.” And, it is the alt text that brilliantly conveys the message by Assam Police. “Remember, don’t just ‘mouse’ around the web, ‘click’ with caution. #ThinkBeforeYouClick,” it reads.
