Ahmedabad: GVFL Limited, a venture capital firmand Brinc, a global venture acceleratorhave announced the launch of the A4X accelerator programme.

Black carbon accelerates snow and ice melting in the Arctic, Himalayas, and Andes, disrupts monsoon patterns in India and West Africa, and exacerbates heatwaves. It is a major contributor to outdoor and household air pollution. The report highlights the importance of integrating black carbon reduction strategies into national climate policies and recommends including black carbon targets in revised Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) for 2025. Funding is needed to support research and action on black carbon.
