‘Bade Mian Chhote Mian’ has collected 15.50 crores domestically on the first day. This film has done a business of 36.33 crore rupees worldwide. Apart from this, Ajay Devgn’s film ‘Medane’ has collected 4.50 crores on the first day. The worldwide collection of the film is Rs 10.70 crore.
Notably, ‘Meydan’ was released on limited screens a day earlier i.e. on the evening of 10th April. The film collected Rs 2.6 crore on 10 April. Both the films seem to be getting mixed reviews from the audience and critics, but ‘Bade Mian Chhote Mian’ has left the field behind by a huge margin.

Opening ‘Bade Mia Chhote Mian’ is very important for Akshay Kumar. His last few films have not fared well. Released in October-2023, the film ‘Mission Raniganj’ collected only Rs 2.80 crore on the first day. The total collection of the film was Rs 33.74 crore. Apart from this, his film Selfie, released in February 2023, was also a superflop.
The film collected a total of Rs 16.85 crore. If we look at Akshay’s last five films, only ‘OMG-2’ was a super hit. However, he had a special role in this film. Tiger Shroff’s last hit film was also ‘War’. His subsequent films did not achieve the hit tag.
