He said, ‘When I was shooting for ‘Joram’, a girl approached me. This was his first film. He said- Sir, I really enjoyed working with you. I thanked that girl for this. After this he said- Sir, it is very famous about you that you take a shot of vodka before every take. I said- Vodka shot? He said – people say you take a shot of vodka. I was surprised to hear this. Then I told her – I don’t drink hard, then the girl said – you drink vodka from a small bottle every few hours? Hearing this, Manoj understood the whole matter and said – You are crazy. It is a bottle of homeopathy medicine, which I drink from time to time.’

Manoj said, ‘People think I go on set after taking a shot of vodka. People call me a drunkard’.
