Mumbai Crime Branch is interrogating the accused in the firing case outside Salman Khan’s house. Crime branch officials have informed that both the accused fired outside Salman’s house not with the intention of killing him, but to scare the actor.
In this case, the Crime Branch has so far recorded the statements of the families of both the accused from Bihar. Apart from this, the crime branch has so far summoned and interrogated around 7 people from Haryana and other states.

Salman expressed displeasure over security
Meanwhile, sources have also informed that the Mumbai Crime Branch team will also record Salman Khan’s statement in this case.
Earlier, Salman had expressed his displeasure and concern with the Mumbai police officials regarding the safety of his family. He also questioned the police about how this incident happened despite such heavy security.
Both the accused, Vicky Gupta and Sagar Pal, have been sent to 10-day police remand by the Fort Court in Mumbai.
Both the accused are residents of Bihar
The main accused in the case have been identified as Vicky Gupta and Sagar Pal, who are residents of Bihar. They searched Salman’s house and farm house in Panvel and fired five rounds. The pistol fired by the accused was not recovered.
According to police sources, shooter Sagar Pal was given the gun hours before he opened fire outside the house of actor Salman Khan, which was supplied to the accused from Bandra area on the night of April 13. However, the crime branch is still investigating who was the person who supplied the gun. Police are trying to trace the person who gave the money to both Sagar Pal and Vicky Gupta.
According to police sources, both the accused took betel nut worth Rs.4 lakh. Initially Rs 1 lakh was given, the remaining Rs 3 lakh was decided to be given after the completion of the work. The role of a person detained from Haryana in the firing at Salman Khan’s house is being investigated.
It may be mentioned here that firing was done outside Salman Khan’s house on April 14 Sunday morning. However, the shooters who fired are now in police custody. While carrying out the incident, both shooters hid their faces so that they could not be identified on CCTV. Both had removed their helmets and wearing caps, causing their faces to be captured on nearby CCTV. However, he left his motorcycle near Mount Mary Church and walked away. Mumbai Police got a lot of help from Aadhaar card in arresting both the accused.
He was arrested from Bhuj in Gujarat
The Fort Court of Mumbai has sent both the accused on 10-day police remand. Both the accused were arrested by the Mumbai Crime Branch from Bhuj in Gujarat late on Monday night. He was brought to Mumbai on Tuesday afternoon.
In this matter, the police have registered a case against Anmol, brother of gangster Lawrence. He took responsibility for the incident in a Facebook post. Lawrence gang has threatened Salman several times before.
In the CCTV footage, both the accused were seen outside Salman’s house
These two accused opened fire in front of Salman’s Galaxy apartment in Bandra at 5 am on April 14. Both came on bikes and fired 5 rounds. Salman was at his home at the time of the firing. After the incident, security was increased outside Salman’s house.
