Bharti Airtel has updated the list of international roaming (IR) recharge plans and upgraded its portfolio. The company has launched international roaming plans with a starting price of Rs 133 (per day). The new roaming plan covers 184 countries and will benefit those who travel to different places. The latest plan offers benefits like unlimited data and in-flight connectivity.
The new plan offers unlimited data, voice calling and 24×7 contact support. Apart from this, this base pack provides in-flight connectivity which allows passengers to make calls, send messages and use the internet during the flight. The company has informed on its official website that the pack will be activated upon arrival.
Bharti Airtel claims that the new plan is more economical than local SIMs in most countries. Users can also auto-renew the plan through the Airtel Thanks app. Users can manage the plan, turn the service on or off. And can also change the plan through the app.
Earlier, Airtel had many international roaming plans. The starting price of these plans is Rs 649. Apart from the new plan, the company has a total of 4 plans.
International roaming plans will now start from Rs 130 and go up to Rs 2997. In the most expensive pack, customers will get 365 days validity. It will provide the benefit of 100 minutes of voice calls, 2 GB data and 20 messages.
