Moscow. Prime Minister Narendra Modi was officially awarded the ‘Order of St. Andrew the Apostle’ by Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday. PM Modi has been awarded this honour for his exceptional services in promoting bilateral relations between the two countries. After giving the honour to PM Modi, Putin also hugged him.
But before giving the honour to PM Modi, President Putin was seen explaining something to him. In the video and pictures released on social media, it can be seen that PM Modi is telling something to Putin. First he shows him the front and then shows him something behind. Actually, Putin explains to Modi the meaning of the special signs used in the honour given to him.
