Maruti Suzuki Warranty: New Maruti customers will be able to avail the benefits of this scheme for 3 years, they will not have to pay even 1 rupee extra

New Delhi. Maruti Suzuki has made significant improvements in its car warranty program. The company has increased the duration of standard and extended warranty on its cars. The company’s new warranty rule has come into effect on vehicles delivered from July 9, 2024. Earlier the standard warranty on Maruti Suzuki cars was 2 years (or 40,000 km), which has now been increased to 3 years (or 1,00,000 km).

In the new warranty program, the company will provide warranty coverage on engine, transmission, air condition and electrical components except consumables and other mechanical components as before. During the warranty period, Maruti Suzuki customers will be able to avail free service at the company’s nationwide service center.

Extended warranty package also increased
Maruti Suzuki is also offering a new extended warranty package to customers in which customers will now be able to choose from three types of packages. Customers wishing to extend the warranty to four years or 1,20,000 km can choose the Platinum package. At the same time, the Royal Platinum package can be purchased to extend the warranty to five years or 1,40,000 km. At the same time, customers wishing to extend the warranty coverage to six years or 1,60,000 km can choose the Solitaire package.

All these programs can be availed through any Maruti service center in India. Notably, the extended warranty now covers 11 high value parts that were previously limited to the period of the standard warranty. This not only reflects the carmaker’s confidence in its engineering and product quality, but also its commitment to adding exceptional value to its services.
