Relatives of the deceased standing outside the hospital
One youth died while another was seriously injured in a truck collision near Bayana village in Karnal. The deceased has been identified as Jitendra, a resident of Nagla Rodan, while the injured youth, Ravindra, is a cousin of the deceased.

Both of them were going home with the LCD screen from Indri. After the accident, the accused truck driver fled from the spot. With the help of passersby, the injured was admitted to the government hospital in Karnal. As soon as information about the incident was received, the police reached the spot. The police have taken the body in their custody and kept it in the mortuary house of Karnal for postmortem. The body will be handed over to the relatives after postmortem on Saturday. Police have registered a case against the unknown truck driver and started investigation.

Body sent to Karnal for postmortem After getting information about the accident, Bayana Chowki police reached the spot. Outpost in-charge Surindra Singh said that one youth has died and another youth has been injured in the accident. The body has been kept in the mortuary house of Karnal for post-mortem. Postmortem will be conducted on Saturday. Based on the complaint of family members, a case has been registered against the accused truck driver. Investigation is ongoing.
