The minimum temperature recorded in Balrampur on Sunday was 2.6 degrees. Earlier on Sunday, the minimum temperature was recorded at 2.9 degrees. The minimum temperature in Samaripat in Balrampur district has reached below 2 degrees. From Pat to the plains in Balrampur district there was severe frost.
