Last evening, two women trackers lost their way in Ani of Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh. The women who came from Rajasthan went on the wrong path while returning from Serolsar Lake beyond Jalodi Jot. He informed this to the police control room Kullu. After this came the police station

By late evening both the women were safely brought to Banjar and sent on their way. Kullu Police has appealed to the people trekking on various routes of the district to take local guides along, because tourists often lose their way in the mountains. Many times, untoward incidents also happen due to this.

According to Ani police, at 5:30 pm on Sunday evening, information was received from the Ani police under police control about women losing their way. After this the police reached the spot.

After this, the police safely rescued Sucheta daughter of SK Parashar and Kirti Sharma daughter of Raj Tara Chand resident of Vaishali Nagar Jaipur Rajasthan. Local people also helped in the rescue of women. Tourist operators Ravi Thakur and Tara Chand Thakur provided special support in the rescue of women.

DSP Ani Chandra Shekhar said that a 4-member police team from Ani and some local people have safely rescued the women.
