Guest teachers in Madhya Pradesh have prepared to launch a major agitation regarding their demands. In the provincial convention held at Parshvanath Jain Temple in Harda on Sunday, the Guest Teachers Coordination Committee and the Azad Guest Teachers Association together decided to form a federation.

State President of the Federation KC Pawar and State President of Coordination Committee Sunil Parihar said that programs will be organized in all the districts of the state from 8th to 10th February. After this an ultimatum will be given to the government. If the demands are not met then all the guest teachers along with their families will protest in Bhopal.

Pawar said that due to being divided into different organizations, the strength of teachers was weakening. Now we will unite and fight for the demand of regularization. A large number of guest teachers including District President Jayashree Paul, Vashishtha Yadav, Surbhi Aggarwal, Sadiq Khan, Anamika Pare were present in the program.

The federation has been formed to protect the interests of guest teachers and their pending demands. Teachers say that they have been struggling for their demands for years, but till now no solution has been found. Pressure will be created on the government through the new organization, so that all the guest teachers can be regularized.
