What is the whole matter?
Kishore has supported the protest by the candidates demanding the cancellation of the exam amid allegations of alleged leaking of question papers of the 70th Combined (Preliminary) Competitive Examination conducted by BPSC on December 13.
Former election strategist Kishor had protested on December 30 at Gandhi Maidan in Patna over this issue, to control which the police resorted to lathi charge and water cannon. Kishor then sent one of his party colleagues as part of a delegation to talk to Chief Secretary Amrit Lal Meena, but the impasse was not resolved.
Following this, Kishor started a ‘fast unto death’ on January 2 and demanded the issuance of a ‘white paper’ on all the question paper leaks that have taken place in the state in the last decade and the formulation of a ‘residential policy’, besides canceling the December 13 examination. Demanded, so that two-thirds of government posts can be reserved for the people of Bihar.
