Police continued to take training in the Academy, wearing uniform, fake sub -inspector "Muli Devi" gave how the whole system tasted the whole system - Rajasthan fake Sub Inspector Mooli Devi Kept Taking Training in Police Academy Roamed ARAREND WARARING UNFORM

A shocking case has come to light in the Rajasthan Police Academy (RPA), where a woman continued to train for about two years by calling herself a fake sub-inspector, but also took photographs in uniform with senior officers and presented herself as a real officer. The woman’s name is Mona Bugalia, who has been arrested. According to police, Mona hails from Bas village in Nimba in Nagaur district and her father is a truck driver.

Mona took the sub-inspector recruitment exam in 2021, but it failed. Despite this, he created a fake identity called “Muli Devi”, prepared fake documents and spread lies on social media that he was selected as a sub-inspector from sports quota. She then started reporting as a trainee at the Rajasthan Police Academy. Not only this, she also joined the WhatsApp group of Sub-Inspector and started calling herself an old batch candidate.

For nearly two years, the Mona Police Academy, wearing full uniform, joined the parade ground, training sessions and outdoor drills. She continuously took photographs with senior police officers, put motivational reels on social media, and even gave speeches from the public platform, in which she inspired the youth to career. During all these activities, no one suspected his true identity.

Mona was busted when some trainee sub-internationally suspected about her identity. He gave this information to senior officials, after which an internal investigation was started. During interrogation, Mona confessed that she was not a real recruitment and did all this to leave a mark in family and society.

When the police searched his rented room, 7 lakh rupees cash, three police uniforms, documents related to the RPA examination, and fake identity cards were recovered from there.

The incident has raised serious questions on the security and verification system of the police department. Social activist Vijay Kumbhar, terming the incident as a “system of failure”, wrote on social media that, “A woman who did not even pass the exam, changed the name, made the documents fake and continued to roam as an officer in the police academy for two years – no one has even investigated. It is not just a mistake, but an institutional failure.”

At present, the police have arrested Mona and a thorough investigation into the entire case is going on. It is being ascertained whether anyone else was involved in this fraud, and how she was active in the police academy for two years without any verification. This case is not only shocking, but also exposes serious flaws of the entire police training system.
