MD and CEO Girish Kausgi of PNB Housing Finance may soon join Iifl Home Finance. He will replace Monu Ratra. Ratra resigned from the post of Executive Director and CEO of IIFL Home Finance on 14 August. Girish Kausgi resigned from PNB Housing Finance on 30 July 2025. He has been handling MD and CEO in the company for the last 3 years. His term will end on 28 October 2025.
Kausgi’s resignation was approved by the Board of PNB Housing Finance on 31 July. Kausgi will also withdraw from the PNB Housing Finance’s boards, PHFL Home Lones and PEHEL Foundation boards.

Earlier, Managing Director and CEO in Kausgi Can Fin Holmes Limited, Retail-Credit and Risk head in Tata Capital Financial Services Limited, Executive Vice President and ICICI BANK LIMITED have worked as Joint General Manager in IDFC Bank Limited. Kausgi was included in the board of PNB Housing Finance on 21 October 2022.
