Wrestling Federation of India president Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh who is facing the protest of the top wrestlers of the country on the accusation of sexual harassment on Sunday said he has an audio clip to prove that the protest is a conspiracy hatched by Congress leader Deepender Hooda and wrestler Bajrang Punia. “When the time comes, it will be handed over to the Delhi Police,” Brij Bhushan said adding that the day Priyanka Gandhi comes to know the truth of the protest, she will realise that she should not have gone to the protest site. Two days after the Delhi Police registered two FIRs against Brij Bhushan, a BJP MP from Kaiserganj, no action has been taken against him. He said he has not received the copy of the FIR and he will cooperate with the investigation. Calling the protesters a stooge in the hand of the Congress, Brij Bhushan said the motive of the protesters is not his resignation.

The protest, the second time since January 2023, entered its 8th day on Sunday as the wrestlers said they will continue the sit-in until Brij Bhushan is arrested. Unlike their January protest, the wrestlers did not bar politicians from coming to the protest site. Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal, AAP ministers Atishi, Saurabh Bhardwaj, Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi visited the protesters in the past week. Questions have been raised over the presence of Pappu Yadav, Satya Pal Malik.

“It is their right to protest. But, can a player associated with the railways sit on a protest like this where objectionable slogans are being raised against Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath,” Brij Bhushan asked.

Bajrang Punia on Sunday shared the video demanding Brij Bhushan’s arrest while questioning why the media was supporting Brij Bhushan. “The media is supporting Brij Bhushan more than the players. You see his criminal records. Does any player, sitting here, or players from other sports, have criminal record?” Bajrang Punia said.

“The players win medals for the country, and he is questioning the medal winners. How many people become MPs in this country, and how many people win Olympic medals. To date, there are hardly 40 Olympic medallists, and thousands have become MPs,” Punia said.

Bajrang Punia who married Sanhita Phogat in 2020 dismissed the allegation against the Phogat family and said Brij Bhushan’s family is capturing the association. “His son is president of UP Association, and the secretary is his son’s brother-in-law. His son-in-law is also a member of (a) state association. He is accusing us of ‘parivaarwaad’ while actually it is happening in his case,” Punia said.

Ravi Shastri backs Ajinkya Rahane's inclusion in WTC final squad | live match score | live score

Ravi Shastri, the former India coach, is “glad” the selectors have valued Ajinkya Rahane‘s experience in picking him for the WTC final against Australia at The Oval from June 7-11. He underlined Rahane’s desire to play first-class cricket and the runs he made there as one of the key differentiators.

Rahane captained Mumbai during the 2022-23 Ranji Trophy, where they narrowly missed qualifying for the knockouts. He made 634 runs in 11 innings at an average of 57.64, including two centuries.

A night prior to the BCCI announcing the Indian squad via a media release, Rahane impressed with a 29-ball 71 in a Player-of-the-match winning effort for Chennai Super Kings against Kolkata Knight Riders. Overall, Rahane’s powerplay game and his six-hitting in the season has come in for appreciation.

“I’m so glad he’s made it to the side,” Shastri told ESPNcricinfo on the Ravi & Raunak Show. “He batted beautifully in these two-three games he’s played in the IPL, has looked in great touch. And let’s not forget the experience he has. The moment Shreyas Iyer was injured, you had to look in that direction.”

“People think he’s just played three IPL games and that’s why he’s in the side. They must have been on holiday for six months when he was playing first-class cricket. They must’ve been somewhere in the jungle where there’s no contact with anyone in the world. When you go six months into a holiday, you miss those 600 runs.”

Rahane’s spot had been under scrutiny after runs dried up post his heroics on the Australia tour in 2020-21, where he led India to their second-straight Test series win amid several challenges posed by injuries and Covid protocols.

His previous Test hundred had come on that second Test of that tour as a stand-in captain, on Boxing Day in Melbourne, to help India level the series after they had slumped to 36 all out in an embarrassing loss in Adelaide.

Since being left out, Rahane battled a wrist injury that limited his IPL participation last year. Once he returned, he touched upon playing with freedom and without worrying about a comeback. Shastri compared Rahane’s comeback to Cheteshwar Pujara’s.

Pujara too found himself out along with Rahane after the South Africa tour last year, but prolific returns in county cricket fueled his return. He made eight hundreds – including three doubles – for Sussex across formats, last year.

“Absolutely, it’s a one-off big game, like the Super Bowl, and you need your experienced player,” Shastri said of Rahane’s inclusion. “Don’t forget just two-and-a-half years ago, the man won a Test series in Australia. He was the captain when Virat [Kohli] went [on paternity leave] and did a sterling job.

“People forget that hundred at the MCG, the way he played, and the fact that he’s gone back to the grind. You saw what it did with Pujara, he went back to the grind playing domestic cricket, playing county cricket, just got the number of runs under his belt, then came back into Test cricket and performed. It’s the same thing with Rahane, let’s hope that experience comes handy.”

Shastri didn’t mince words when asked if chatter around Rahane’s good form and his ball-striking may have been a factor in his eventual selection. “Oh, a lot, because the memory is fresh,” he responded. “Domestic cricket was over two months ago. People might tend to forget it, even the selectors. Suddenly you come in and play that kind of innings where you look at ease, the timing is good, the footwork is good, the confidence is good, it would’ve definitely helped.”

‘Wasn’t invited to a single selection meeting’

Shastri also opened up about his seven-year tenure with the Indian team across two stints between 2014-2021, first as team director and then as head coach. His last assignment was the T20 World Cup in 2021, before Rahul Dravid took over in November 2021.

Shastri categorically stated not having sat in a single selection meeting in this period, while also elaborating on why a coach needed to be there even if it wasn’t in a voting capacity.

“I have zero first-hand experience [of attending selection meetings],” he said. “Seven years I was part of the team, I never went near a selection meeting. I wasn’t invited either. I think in the long run, yes [a coach should be invited].

“You spend a lot of time with the boys, it’s important, even if not in voting capacity, but to hear what the selectors are thinking, what is their train of thoughts are. And then to decide what could be the right thing for the side. I have zero idea how it starts, how it finishes, who are there in the meeting. From what I gather, there were a lot of people [in the meetings], over the last three-four years, inside selection meetings, not supposed to be there, against the constitution but pitched up.”

However, Shastri did acknowledge that he had reservations attending such meetings for the possibility of players not opening up to him if they knew he had a say in selection.

“I needed the trust of the player,” Shastri explained. “if a player knew I was a selector or I could influence a selector/chairman of the committee, then will he open up to me? Will he have the same trust in me? There could be a certain people who will come and still be open and upfront, there could be a certain people who might not want to, and I don’t blame them because they may have some reservations.

“From my point of view, that’s why I thought it’s best to stay away, but in the long run, especially when a team is in the rebuilding stage, it’s extremely important that a coach who spends a lot of time with the players within the confines of the dressing room can give some valuable inputs.”

Big picture – RCB begin long streak of away games

The effect of travel fatigue is underrated. It can’t be easy playing IPL games up until midnight and fly out the next day, before that same old routine for another game on the third day.

Teams were spared of this over during the Covid-19 era, but the return of home-and-away contests have added another layer of intrigue. Royal Challengers Bangalore have played six of their eight games so far at home and have felt a sense of comfort not because of any apparent home advantage, but by knowing they ain’t just living out of suitcases.

But all that changes now with Lucknow being the first of five pitstops during what promises to be a hectic series of away games, bunched together due to assembly election in Karnataka.

Playing on bigger grounds, and on some challenging decks may come as a relief for a side that has blown hot-and-cold. Their wins have been spectacular, but familiar failings – of being over reliant on their big three – have been exposed in defeats.

Lucknow can’t get more challenging, both because of the surface that has tended to be slow and crumbly, but also because the Lucknow Super Giants will be coming into the game on the back of a record bash in Mohali two nights ago.

The RCB attack should welcome more bowler-friendly conditions as much as their batting will be wary of slip-ups; especially a slightly shaky middle order that has struggled to fill the Rajat Patidar void. Dinesh Karthik’s lean run hasn’t helped matters either.

Both sides played out a last-ball thriller in a high-scoring contest when the sides met for the first leg. This time around, LSG could have the edge because of their adaptability in playing on surfaces where 135 v 135 have made for compelling contests.

Kapil Dev, Virender Sehwag, Harbhajan Singh, Irfan Pathan and Shikha Pandey have become the first cricketers to break their silence on the protests being carried out by India’s top wrestlers demanding the dismissal of Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh, the Indian wrestling federation chief. The wrestlers have alleged that Singh sexually abused and exploited women wrestlers over the past decade.

On Friday afternoon, the Delhi Police agreed to investigate the charges against Singh, a week after the complaint was first filed and only after the wrestlers moved the Supreme Court for action. But the wrestlers’ larger mission is to remove Singh from his position as federation chief, and to draw attention to the charges against him.

“Will they ever get justice,” Kapil asked in an Instagram post with a photograph of Vinesh Phogat, Bajrang Punia and Sakshi Malik – the latter two Olympic medalists – who have been leading a protest at New Delhi’s Jantar Mantar for the past five days. They were part of a group of 30-odd wrestlers at Jantar Mantar in January this year, too, when they made public the allegations against Singh, a member of parliament from the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party.

Following that, the union sports ministry, of which former BCCI president Anurag Thakur is the man in charge, tasked its oversight committee to investigate the matter and submit the findings by February. The committee included, among others, boxer MC Mary Kom and wrestler Yogeshwar Dutt, both Olympic Games medallists (Mary Kom is also a former member of parliament). Reports suggest that even two months on, the findings of the oversight committee have not been made available to the wrestlers.

Support for the wrestlers had been extremely limited all along. On Thursday, PT Usha, the champion athlete on the 1980s who is now the president of the Indian Olympic Association, said that the conduct of the protesting wrestlers amounted to “indiscipline” and that it was “not good for sport”. Her comments were met with severe public criticism and Punia expressed disappointment at the “harsh reaction”.

Then, on Friday, Phogat issued a plea of sorts to the Indian cricket community, asking why they had been silent on the plight of their fellow sportspersons.

“You do come forward to congratulate us when we win something. Even the cricketers tweet when that happens. Abhi kya ho gaya [What has happened now]? Are you so afraid of the system? Or maybe there’s something fishy going on there too?”

“The entire country worships cricket but not even a single cricketer has spoken up,” the Indian Express quoted Phogat as saying. “We aren’t saying that you speak in our favour, but at least put up a neutral message and say there should be justice for whichever party. This is what pains me… Be it cricketers, badminton players, athletics, boxing…

“It’s not like we don’t have big athletes in our country. There are cricketers… During the Black Lives Matter movement in the US, they showed their support. Don’t we deserve even that much?

“You do come forward to congratulate us when we win something. Even the cricketers tweet when that happens. Abhi kya ho gaya [What has happened now]? Are you so afraid of the system? Or maybe there’s something fishy going on there too?”

While Kapil’s message had come a day before, on Thursday, Harbhajan tweeted on Friday, “I am pained as a sportsperson to find pride of our country coming out to protest on the streets”, while Sehwag wrote, “It’s a sensitive matter and needs an impartial investigation”, and Pathan said, “Indian athletes are always our pride not only when they get medals for us…”.

Later on Friday evening, Pandey tweeted her support for the wrestlers too, hoping “that justice shall be served at the earliest.”

A day before, Abhinav Bindra, the shooter who won India’s first individual gold medal at an Olympic Games back in 2008, tweeted, “It is deeply concerning to see our athletes finding it necessary to protest on the streets regarding the allegations of harassment in the Indian wrestling administration.”

સુરતના પાંડેસરા GIDC ખાતે અંબાજી ડાઈંગ મિલની બહાર આવેલ GEBના ટ્રાન્સફોર્મરના ડીપીમાં ધડાકાભેર બ્લાસ્ટ થયો હતો. આ દરમિયાન ત્યાંથી પસાર થઈ રહેલ એક વ્યક્તિ બ્લાસ્ટની ઘટનાનો શિકાર બન્યો હતો. આ ઘટનામાં વ્યક્તિ ગંભીર રીતે દાઝી જતા તેને તાત્કાલિક સારવાર માટે નજીકની ખાનગી હોસ્પિટલમાં ખસેડાયો હતો. આ સમગ્ર ઘટના નજીકની મિલના સીસીટીવી કેમેરામાં કેદ થઈ ગઈ હતી. ઘટનાને પગલે સ્થાનિકોમાં અફરા-તફરી મચી જવા પામી હતી.

સુરતના પાંડેસરા જીઆઇડીસી ખાતે અંબાજી ડાઈંગ મિલ આવેલી છે. આ ડાઈંગ મિલની બહાર જીઈબી દ્વારા ટ્રાન્સફોર્મર લગાવવામાં આવેલું છે. આ ટ્રાન્સફોર્મરમાં આજે અચાનક ધડાકાભેર બ્લાસ્ટ થયો હતો. દરમિયાન ટ્રાન્સફોર્મરની પાસેથી પસાર થઈ રહેલ એક વ્યક્તિ આ બ્લાસ્ટનો ગંભીર શિકાર બન્યો હતો.

નજીક આવતાની સાથે અચાનક બ્લાસ્ટ થયો.

બ્લાસ્ટની ઘટનામાં વ્યક્તિ ગંભીર રીતે દાઝ્યો
પાંડેસરા જીઆઇડીસી માં આવેલ અંબાજી ડાઇંગ મિલમાં 45 વર્ષીય ઇન્દ્રજીત સિંગ મજૂરી કામ કરી રહ્યા છે. મિલથી નજીકમાં જ આવેલ વડોદના ગણેશ નગર ખાતે રહે છે. જેથી બપોરના સમયે તેઓ જમવા માટે ઘરે ગયા હતા અને જમીને પરત મિલ પર કામ માટે આવી રહ્યા હતા. ત્યારે મિલની બહાર પહોંચ્યા તે સમયે ત્યાં રહેલ ટ્રાન્સફોર્મરમાં ધડાકાભેર બ્લાસ્ટ થયો હતો. આ બ્લાસ્ટની ઘટનામાં ટ્રાન્સફોર્મરમાંથી નીકળેલ ઓઇલ તેમના શરીર પર પડતા આગ લાગી હતી અને ગંભીર રીતે દાઝી ગયા હતા.

ખાનગી હોસ્પિટલમાં સારવાર અર્થે ખસેડાયો
ઇન્દ્રજીત સિંગ આગની લપેટમાં આવી જતા તેઓ આગમાં સળગી ઊઠ્યા હતા. જાહેરમાં આગમાં સળગતા સળગતા બુમો પાડતા મિલમાં પહોંચ્યા હતા. જેને લઇ તાત્કાલિક મિલનો સ્ટાફ બહાર આવી ગયો હતો અને ઇન્દ્રજીત સિંગ પર મિલમાં રહેલ ફાયર ફોર્મ છાંટી આગ ઓલવી હતી. જે બાદ તાત્કાલિક તેમને નજીકની ખાનગી હોસ્પિટલમાં સારવાર માટે ખસેડવામાં આવ્યા હતા.

લોકોમાં નાચભાગ મચી.

બ્લાસ્ટની ઘટના CCTVમાં કેદ
બ્લાસ્ટની આ ઘટના નજીકમાં રહેલ એક મિલના સીસીટીવી કેમેરામાં કેદ થઈ ગઈ હતી. ટ્રાન્સફોર્મરમાં બ્લાસ્ટ થતાં જ ત્યારે પાંડેસરા જીઆઇડીસી વિસ્તારનો તમામ વીજ સપ્લાય એક મિનિટ માટે બંધ થઈ ગયો હતો. બ્લાસ્ટ એટલો પ્રચંડ હતો કે ટ્રાન્સફોર્મરની આસપાસની ધરા ધ્રુજી ઉઠી હતી. ઘટનાને પગલે આસપાસની મિલના કર્મચારીઓ, કારીગરો અને મિલ માલિકોને ધરતીકંપ આવ્યો હોય તેવો અનુભવ થયો હતો. જેને લઇ તમામ દોડીને બહાર આવી ગયા હતા અને નાશભાગ મચી ગઈ હતી.

ઈજા ગ્રસ્તને સારવાર અર્થે ખસેડાયો.

ફાયર પહોંચે તે પહેલા આગ કાબુમાં લેવાય
ઘટનાને પગલે સ્થાનિકો દ્વારા ફાઇલ વિભાગને જાણ કરવામાં આવી હતી. ઘટનાની જાણ થતા ફાયર ટીમ ઘટનાસ્થળે આવી પહોંચી હતી. ત્યારે ફાયર અધિકારી દિનેશ પટેલે જણાવ્યું હતું કે, અમને કોલ મળ્યો હતો કે, અંબાજી ડાઈંગ મિલની બહાર ટ્રાન્સફોર્મરમાં બ્લાસ્ટની ઘટના બની છે. જેને લઇ અમે ઘટનાસ્થળે પહોંચ્યા ત્યારે આસપાસથી મિલ કર્મચારીઓએ ફાયર ફોર્મ વડે આગ પર કાબુ મેળવી લીધો હતો. આ ઘટનામાં એક વ્યક્તિ ગંભીર રીતે દાઝ્યો હતો તેને સ્થાનિકો દ્વારા ખાનગી હોસ્પિટલમાં સારવાર માટે ખસેડાયો હતો.

ભોગ બનનારના ભાઈ.

પરિવાર શોકમાં ગરકાવ
ઘટનાનો ભોગ બનનાર ઇન્દ્રજીત સિંગના ભાઈ રાવેલ સિંગે જણાવ્યું હતું કે, ભોગ બનનાર મારા મોટાભાઈ છે. તે મુળ યુપીના છે. તેના પરિવારમાં પત્ની, ત્રણ પુત્રી અને એક પુત્ર છે. તે પાંડેસરાની અંબાજી ડઇંગ મિલમાં મજૂરી કામ કરે છે. તે બપોરે ઘરે જમીને પરત મીલ પર જઈ રહ્યા હતા, ત્યારે ટ્રાન્સફોર્મરમાં બ્લાસ્ટ થયો અને તે દાઝી ગયા હતા. તેમને મિલના માસ્ટર દ્વારા ખાનગી હોસ્પિટલમાં સારવાર માટે દાખલ કરવામાં આવ્યા છે. જ્યાં તેમની હાલ સારવાર ચાલી રહી છે. ડોક્ટરોએ કહ્યું છે કે, હાલ સ્થિતિ સુધારા પર છે, પરંતુ અચાનક બ્લાસ્ટની ઘટનામાં ગંભીર રીતે દાઝી જતા પરિવાર શોકમાં ગરકાવ છે.

સંત મોરારી બાપુના હસ્તે હેમંતભાઈ ચૌહાણની ભક્તિ રચનાઓના સંગ્રહ ‘હરિનામની હેલી’નું વિમોચન કરાયું હતું. હાલ થોડા સમય પહેલા જ ભારત સરકાર દ્વારા પ્રસિદ્ધ ગાયક હેમંતભાઈ ચૌહાણને પદ્મશ્રી પુરસ્કારથી બહુમાનિત કરાયા ત્યારે રાજકોટમાં વી.વી.પી. એન્જીનીયરીંગ કોલેજના ઝવેરચંદ મેઘાણી ઓડીટોરીયમ ખાતે ‘પદ્મશ્રી હેમંત ચૌહાણ સન્માન સમિતિ’ દ્વારા રાજકોટ નાગરિક સહકારી બેંકના સહયોગથી પદ્મશ્રી હેમંતભાઈ ચૌહાણને સન્માનિત કરવા ‘હેતે વધાવીએ હેમંતને’ સમારોહ યોજાયો હતો. આ કાર્યક્રમમાં કેન્દ્ર સરકારના મત્સ્યપાલન, પશુપાલન અને ડેરી વિભાગના મંત્રી પરસોત્તમભાઈ રૂપાલાના હસ્તે હેમંતભાઈ ચૌહાણનું શાલ ઓઢાડીને તથા સ્મૃતિચિન્હ, સન્માનપત્ર અને 1 લાખ 51 હજારનો ચેક અર્પણ કરી અભિવાદન કરાયું હતું.

હેમંતભાઈના ભજન તો મનને હળવા કરે
આ તકે સંત મોરારીબાપુએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે, હેમંત ચૌહાણે સંતવાણીના ગાયક તરીકે ખુબ જ મહત્વનો યોગદાન આપ્યુ છે. ભજનના ચાર પ્રકાર છે લખાતું, વંચાતું, કથન થતું અને ગવાતું ભજન. જેમાં શ્રેષ્ઠ છે, ગવાતું ભજન. લખાયેલું ભજન કોઈને કંઠે ચડે પછી જાણીતું લાગે છે, હેમંતભાઈના ભજન તો મનને હળવા કરે છે.

કલાપ્રેમી રાજકોટવાસીઓએ હેમંતભાઈને નવાજ્યા
કેન્દ્રીય મંત્રી પરસોત્તમ રૂપાલાએ પદ્મશ્રી હેમંતને અભિનંદન પાઠવતાં જણાવ્યું હતું. દેશની સરકાર કલારત્નોને ખૂણે-ખૂણેથી શોધી-શોધીને પોંખે છે, તે સરકારનો ભાગ હોવાનું સદભાગ્ય સાંપડ્યું છે. કલાપ્રેમી રાજકોટવાસીઓએ હેમંતભાઈને નવાજ્યા, એ ખરેખર તો એવોર્ડનું સન્માન છે. રામસાગરના રણકાર સાથે હેમંતભાઈને સાંભળવાનો અનેક વાર અવસર મળવો, તે આનંદની વાત છે. બળકટ કાવ્યોને કંઠ મળે ત્યારે રચના લોકભોગ્ય બનતી હોય છે.

હેમંતભાઈનું શાલથી સન્માન કર્યું
કાર્યક્રમનો શુભારંભ મંચસ્થ મહાનુભાવો દ્વારા દીપ પ્રાગટ્યથી થયો હતો. હેમંત તથા તેમના પુત્રી ગીતાબેને ‘સુખ રે સાગરમાં હંસલો મોતીડાં ચણે’ ભજન પ્રસ્તુત કર્યું હતું. પ્રહલાદભાઈએ કબીર વાણીની સાંગીતિક રજૂઆત કરી હતી. મંચસ્થ મહાનુભાવોનું પુષ્પગુચ્છ, સ્મૃતિચિન્હ અને શાલથી સ્વાગત કરાયું હતું. સંતવર્ય મોરારી બાપુના હસ્તે પદ્મશ્રી હેમંત ચૌહાણ સન્માન સમિતિના દરેક સભ્યોનું સન્માન કરાયું હતું. આ તકે વિવિધ સમાજના અગ્રણીઓ, સંતો-મહંતો અને સામાજિક સંસ્થાઓએ હેમંતભાઈનું સન્માન કર્યું હતું.

દાહોદ બી. ડિવીઝન પોલીસને મળેલી બાતમીના આધારે છાપરી ગામમાં છાપો મારવામા આવ્યો હતો. ત્યારે છાપરી ગામે ખુલ્લી જગ્યામાં જાહેરમાં આઈપીએલ મેચો પર હારજીતનો જુગાર રમતા આદિત્ય કૈલાશભાઈ ડાભી (રહે. ગોદીરોડ, રામનગર, દાહોદ, તા.જિ.દાહોદ), મનનભાઈ પિયુષભાઈ મદાન (રહે. દાહોદ કોલેજ રોડ, સફલ એપાર્ટમેન્ટ, તા.જિ.દાહોદ), જાવેદભાઈ, જયરાજભાઈ (રહે. હનુમાન બજાર, તા.જિ.દાહોદ) જુગાર રમતા હતાં. તે સમયે ઓચિંતી પોલીસે રેડ પાડતાં ઉપરોક્ત ચાર પૈકી જાવેદભાઈ તથા જયરાજભાઈ બંન્ને નાસી જવામાં સફળ રહ્યાં હતાં. જ્યારે પોલીસે આદિત્ય અને મનનને ઝડપી પાડી તેઓની પાસેથી ત્રણ મોબાઈલ ફોન કિંમત રૂા. 21000, ડાયરી તથા બોલપેન વિગેરે મુદ્દામાલ કબજે કરી દાહોદ બી. ડિવીઝન પોલીસે ઉપરોક્ત ચારેય ઈસમો વિરૂધ્ધ જુગાર ધારાની કલમ મુજબ ગુનો નોંધી આગળની કાયદેસરની કાર્યવાહી હાથ ધરી છે.

આ પહેલા પણ દાહોદ શહેરમા ગોવિંદ નગર મા પોતાના જ ઘરમા સટ્ટો રમતો યુવક ઝડપાઈ ગયો હતો.તેવી જ રીતે જીવનદીપ સોસાયટીમાંથી પણ બે સટોડિયાને ઝડપી પાડવામા આવ્યા હતા.જો કે આવા કેસ થાય તે આવકાર્ય છે પરંતુ આઈપીએલ ના સટ્ટા મામલે દાહોદ શહેર સહિત જિલ્લામા પોલીસ ડ્રાઇવ કરવી જરુરી છે.જો તેમ કરવામા આવે તો ઘણા ગુના નોંધાઈ શકે છે.કારણ કે ભુતકાળમા આવા ઘણા ગુના નોંધાઈ ચુક્યા છે.તેમાયે દાહોદ શહેરમા આઈપીએલ સટ્ટો એક દુષણ બની ગયુ છે સર્વવિદિત છે.
