Ahmedabad: Despite the ban on the sale of deadly Chinese cords and tukkals, they are being sold freely and deaths are being traded openly. Action against sale of Chinese cords in Ahmedabad
The police have seized trailers of Chinese cord and arrested 9 people from areas like Vatwa, Ramol, Nikol, Narol, Maninagar, Danilimda, Daryapur of the city. More than 50 Chinese tellers seized from Ahmedabad
Ahmedabad Police has taken action against the sellers of banned Chinese cords and confiscated the tills from them. A total of more than 50 tellers have been seized from the city. In which the most 18 tellers have been captured from Daryapur and apart from that 12 each from Narol and Nikol. While 4 taels have been seized from Danilimda, 2 taels each from Watwa and Ramol.

As far as Rajkot is concerned, two people have been arrested for selling banned Chinese cords and tukkals and a total of 15 tailors have been seized. A special operation group has taken action against the sale of Chinese cords.

ફરિયાદી હેતલબેન પરસાડીયાએ સુરેન્દ્રનગર જિલ્લાના ધ્રાંગધ્રા તાલુકાના જુના ઘનશ્યામગઢ ગામે રહેતા પતિ રતાભાઇ બુટાભાઇ ગમારા, સસરા બુટાભાઇ શીવાભાઇ ગમારા, સાસુ અનુબેન બુટાભાઇ ગમારા, જેઠ રવજીભાઇ બુટાભાઇ ગમારા, જેઠાણી જયોતીબેન રવજીભાઇ ગમારા અને કાકીજી સાસુ ભાનુબેન મોતીભાઇ ગમારા વિરુદ્ધ ફરિયાદ દાખલ કરતા જણાવ્યુ હતું કે, તેમના મારા લગ્ન તારીખ 20/02/2014ના રોજ રતાભાઇ સાથે થયા હતા. અને તેઓ નિ:સંતાન છે. લગ્ન બાદ પતિએ પરિણીતાને સાત વર્ષ સારી રીતે રાખેલ ત્યારબાદ એકાદ વર્ષથી પતિ તથા સાસરિયાઓ ‘તું વાંજણી છો’ તેમ કહી મેણા-ટોણા મારતા અને અને પરિણીતાને અવાર-નવાર સંતાન નહીં થતા શારીરિક અને માનસિક દુ:ખ ત્રાસ આપતા હતા.
તેમના પતિ રતાભાઈને સાસુ સહિતાના સાસરીયાઓ દ્વારા અવાર નવા૨ ચડામણી કરવામાં આવતી હતી. જેના કારણે તેમના પતિ રતાભાઇ કહેતા કે ‘તું ગમતી નથી તું જતી રહે તારી કાઇ જરૂર નથી તું મરી જા’ તેમ કહી ઝઘડાઓ કરતા હતા. જેના દુ:ખ ત્રાસના કારણે ગત તારીખ 18/10/2022ના રોજ પતિના ઘરે જાતેથી જીવાત મારવાની ઝેરી દવા પરિણીતાએ પી લીધી હતી. અને તેમના જેઠ રવજીભાઇ ધ્રાંગધ્રાની ખાનગી હોસ્પીટલ ખાતે સારવાર માટે લઈ ગયા હતા. હોસ્પીટલ ખાતેથી રજા આપતા પરિણીતાના ભાઇ ગોપાલભાઇ પરસાડીયા તેમને માવતરના ઘરે તેડી આવેલા અને ત્યારથી પરિણીતા માવતરના ઘરે રીસામણે છે અને તેના પતિ, સસરા, સાસુ, જેઠ, જેઠાણી તથા કાકીજી સાસુ વારંવાર દુ:ખ ત્રાસ આપી પરેશાન કરતા પરિણીતાએ મોરબી મહીલા પોલીસ સ્ટેશનમાં પતિ સહિતના સાસરિયા વિરુદ્ધ ફરિયાદ દાખલ કરી છે. આ ફરિયાદના આધારે પોલીસે કાયદેસરની કાર્યવાહી હાથ ધરી હતી.

Parth Patel, Ahmedabad: The Unknowns – Art Group was founded in 2015 by young aspiring artist Atri Chetan. The group aims to create awareness among the public about art practices and provide a visible platform for the younger generation of artists, by broadening and bridging the art community. Through their continuous efforts, the team of The Unknowns has successfully organized six group exhibitions in six different states of India. These include Odisha (2015), Punjab (2017), Uttar Pradesh (2017), Jammu and Kashmir (2018), Rajasthan (2019) and Assam (2021).
Tea Talk organized weekly virtual talk sessions during the first lockdown
Over the years the troupe has expanded and included more versatile young artists from different parts of India. During the first lockdown in 2020, the group hosted a weekly virtual talk session called Tea Talk. In which native art practitioners along with printmakers and artists from different countries were involved. 31 young artists from 16 states of India have participated in this exhibition.

Nilesh Rana, Banaskantha: Kalpesh Parmar of Disa of Banaskantha District participated in Gujarat Level Body Building Competition held at Anand and became the first in Gujarat to receive such a gold medal. In the future, there is a desire to shine the name of the entire country by showing good performance at the national level.
Kalpesh Kundanlal Parmar, who lived in a dark bungalow on the Patan Highway in Disa town of Banaskantha, was very fond of exercise since childhood. Kalpesh Parmar started going to Fitness World Gym on Chandralok Road four years ago to keep his body fit and he had a dream to make a name for the city and society in body building.
So he used to take protein rich food along with regular exercise every day. Was working out continuously for the last ten months. Then in 2021 Gujarat body building competition was held at Anand in which around 120 body builders participated from all over Gujarat.
In which Kalpeshbhai Parmar got the second number and got the silver medal. Later in 2022, an all-Gujarat level bodybuilding competition was organized again at Anand in which more than 80 youths from different cities of Gujarat participated, in which Kamlesh Parmar from Disa stood first in all Gujarat and won the gold medal.
After four years of hard work, the dream has come true
Kalpesh Parmar said, “I have been waiting for gold medal for the past many years and have worked out continuously for the last ten months and have won the gold medal in the Gujarat level body building competition. In the coming days, I dream of winning more medals by participating in the country level competitions.

ગાંધીનગરની 32 વર્ષીય યુવતીને બબ્બે વખત લગ્ન કર્યા પછી પણ પસ્તાવાનો વખત આવ્યો છે. પ્રથમ લગ્ન જીવનમાં ભંગાણ સર્જાતા ભુજના યુવક સાથે બીજા લગ્ન કરીને પણ લગ્ન જીવનનું સુખ નહીં ભોગવી શકનાર સેકટર – 22 આનંદ વાટિકા સોસાયટી ખાતે પિયરમાં રહી સ્પર્ધાત્મક પરીક્ષાઓની તૈયારીઓ કરતી રિદ્ધિનાં (નામ બદલેલ) પ્રથમ લગ્ન વર્ષ – 2009 માં ભુજ ખાતે કોર્ટમાં થયા હતા. જો કે પતિ સાથે મનમેળ નહીં આવતાં છૂટાછેડા લેવાની ફરજ પડી હતી. એ વખતે રિદ્ધિએ દીકરીનો કબજો પતિને સોંપી દીધો હતો.
પ્રથમ લગ્ન જીવનનો કડવો અનુભવ થયા પછી ફરી સંસાર માંડયો
બાદમાં ગત તા. 12/08/2020 ના રોજ સમાજના રીત રિવાજ મુજબ રિદ્ધિના લગ્ન અંજાર તાલુકાના આશાપુરા સોસાયટી ખાતે રહેતાં વિકાસ(નામ બદલેલ છે) સાથે થયા હતા. આમ પ્રથમ લગ્ન જીવનનો કડવો અનુભવ થયા પછી ફરી સંસાર માંડીને રિદ્ધિ સાસરીમાં રહેવા ગઈ હતી. જ્યાં થોડા સમય પછી સાસુ ઘરકામ બાબતે વાંધા વચકા કાઢી મહેણાં ટોણાં મારી કહેતા કે, પડોશીની વહુ ઘણુ બધુ દહેજ લાવેલ છે અને તને તારા બાપાએ કંઇ દહેજ આપેલ નથી.
કચ્છનાં મહિલા પોલીસ મથકે પણ અરજી આપી હતી
એમાંય વળી સાસુ તેના વિરુદ્ધ વિકાસને ઉશ્કેરણી કરતા હતા. જેથી વિકાસ રિદ્ધિ સાથે મારઝૂડ કરતો હતો. જ્યારે લગ્ન કરીને પિયરમાં જ રહેતી નણંદ પણ મહેણાં ટોણાં મારવાની કોઈ કસર બાકી રાખતી ન હતી. તો નજીકમાં જ રહેતી બીજી નણંદ પણ ઘરે જઈને વિકાસની ચઢવણી કરતી હતી. જેનાં કારણે પણ વિકાસ શારીરિક માનસિક ત્રાસ આપતો હતો. જેમનો ત્રાસ દિન પ્રતિદિન વધતો જતાં આખરે રિદ્ધિએ મહિલા પોલીસ સ્ટેશન કચ્છ ખાતે પતિ, સાસુ અને બે નણંદો વિરુધ્ધ અરજી આપવી પડી હતી.

At that time the policeman was trapped in the car and Babu said ke sale mere ko pachtane ayega to mara jayega…. This time the policeman was hanging in the car and he was saying Geeta sale ko mar to the woman who was with Babu. This woman named Geeta dragged and beat the policeman to get rid of the vehicle. રાજ્ય સરકાર દ્વારા સ્કૂલ ઓફ એક્સિલન્સ પ્રોજેક્ટર અંતર્ગત સ્કૂલોમાં ભૌતિક સુવિધા ડેવલોપમેન્ટ લક્ષ્યાંક રખાયો છે પ્રાથમિક શાળામાં કારણે પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણમાં શાળા છોડી જવાના દરમાં ક્રમશ ઘટાડો થયો છે પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણના સાર્વત્રિકરણના તેને હાંસલ કરવા રાજ્ય સરકાર દ્વારા સંઘન પ્રયાસો હાથ ધરવામાં આવ્યા છે.
મહેસાણા જિલ્લાની પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓમાં નવા ક્લાસરૂમ બનાવવા માટે રાજ્ય સરકારમાં રજૂઆત કરવામાં આવી હતી. જેની અંદર મહેસાણા જિલ્લાના તાલુકાઓની પ્રાથમિક શાળામાં 900થી વધુ ઓરડાની જરૂરિયાત હતી. જેમાં 77 પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓમાં પ્રથમ વખત 423 નવા ઓરડા બનાવવા મંજૂરી મળી છે. પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓમાં જર્જરિત બિન ઉપયોગી બનેલા ઓરડાઓને ઉતારી નવા ઓરડા બનાવવામાં આવશે
હાલમાં વર્કઓર્ડર આપવામાં આવ્યા છે. જુના ઓરડા ઉતારવા હરાજી પ્રક્રિયા બાદ નવા ઓરડા બનાવવાની કામગીરી ટૂંક જ સમયમાં શરૂ કરવામાં આવશે. ઉલ્લેખનીય છે કે મહેસાણા જિલ્લામાં કુલ 996 સરકારી પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓમાં આવેલી છે જેમાં 1.87 લાખથી વધુ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ અભ્યાસ કરે છે.
