Ahmedabad: A government circular has been released by Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel’s government to start the Karuna Abhiyan as the Utharayan festival approaches in the state. Circular regarding Compassion Campaign

The circular states that, with reference to Chief Conservator of Forests, Wildlife, Gujarat State, Gandhinagar, ‘Karuna Abhiyan-2023′ from January 10, 2023 to January 20, 2023 for rescue, treatment of injured birds, prevention of incidents of Chinese string, electric poles and wires. Karuna Abhiyan has to be carried out with the cooperation of various government departments, voluntary organizations and enthusiastic youth to prevent short circuit and fire incidents caused due to stuck kites/strings, to dispose of the waste of stringed kites spread in different areas.’

It is further stated that, ‘under this Karuna Abhiyan, the District Collectors will hold a meeting with different social organizations and different departments in their district on January 9 and give instructions for the preparations. Under Karuna Abhiyan, the state government has to provide treatment to animals and birds injured during the landing festival and arrangements are made by the state government for that. Along with this arrangements are also made including veterinary ambulance. A large number of different social organizations are also placing their volunteers and the state government is also taking their help under this campaign. At that time, in order to make this campaign by the state government, all the district collectors from Gandhinagar have been told in the circular that what kind of arrangements should be made under this campaign.

જામનગર નજીક લાખાબાવળ ગામમાં રહેતા બીપીન ઉર્ફે લાકડી કારાભાઈ મુસડીયા નામનો શખ્સ ભાડાનું મકાન રાખીને તેમાં ઇંગ્લિશ દારૂનો જથ્થો ઉતાર્યો હોવાની બાતમી એલસીબીની ટીમને મળી હતી, જેના આધારે દરોડો પાડ્યો હતો.અને તલસી લેતા મકાનમાંથી 971 નંગ જુદી જુદી બ્રાન્ડની ઇંગ્લિશ દારૂની બાટલીનો જથ્થો મળી આવ્યો હતો. તેથી પોલીસે કુલ 3,88,900 ની માલસામગ્રી કબજે કરી લઈ આરોપી બીપીન ઉર્ફે લાકડી કારાભાઈ મુસડીયાની અટકાયત કરી હતી. અને

દારૂનો જથ્થો ક્યાંથી આવ્યો તે અંગેની પૂછપરછ કરતાં તેને જામનગરમાં દિગ્વિજય પ્લોટ શેરી નંબર 54 માં રહેતા પ્રફુલભાઈ ઉર્ફે પાગો ભાનુશાલી નામના શખ્સ સપ્લાય કર્યો હોવાનું કબુલતાં તેને ફરારી જાહેર કરી શોધ ખોળ હાથ ધરી છે. જ્યારે બીજો દરોડો જામનગરમાં ગાંધીનગર બાળકોના સ્મશાનના પાછળના ભાગમાં આવેલ મોમાઈ નગર શેરી નંબર ત્રણમાં રહેતા મયુરસિંહ ભરતસિંહ જેઠવા નામના શખ્સ બહારથી ઇંગ્લિશ દારૂની બાટલીનો જથ્થો મંગાવીને બાવળની જાળીમાં સંતાડ્યો છે, તેવી ચોક્કસ બાતમી એલસીબીની ટીમને મળી હતી. જેના આધારે દરોડો પાડયો હતો. જે દરોડા દરમિયાન બાવળની જાળીમાં સંતાડેલો 215 નંગ ઇંગ્લિશ દારૂની બાટલીનો જથ્થો મળી આવ્યો હતો. જેથી પોલીસે 86 હજાર ની કિંમતની માલસામગ્રી કબજે કરી હતી. જ્યારે મયુરસિંહ જેઠવાને ફરારી જાહેર કરી તેની શોધખોળ હાથ ધરી છે.

Talking to Babubhai, who has been associated with the kite business for the last 35 years, he said, “I have been involved in the kite business for the last 35 years in Nadiad.” This business generates a large amount of employment for us. In this business 30 to 35 people are employed in a factory. It takes 6 people to make a kite, first of all we have to cut the paper, then we send Mahudha to tie the string, then the shaft is made and then the bow is made and the golden band and bow is made around it.

Wholesale traders who come to buy kites said that they have been coming to Nadiad-based Salon Bazar for years. We buy different types of kites from here. This time the demand for Pushpa, Modi and Vikram Radha kites is high in the market. This time the price of kites has increased by 25% in the market. Due to which customers come less to buy.

સરથાણા પોલીસે 0.960 ગ્રામના ડ્રગ્સના જથ્થા સાથે એક ઈસમને ઝડપી પાડ્યો હતો. પોલીસે આરોપી પાસેથી ડ્રગ્સ વેચાણના રોકડા રૂપિયા 760 મોપેડ મળી કુલ 90,360ની મત્તા કબજે કરી હતી તેમજ ડ્રગ્સનો જત્થો આપનાર ઈસમને વોન્ટેડ જાહેર કરવામાં આવ્યો છે.

ડ્રગ્સના જથ્થા સાથે એકને ઝડપી પડાયો

સુરત પોલીસ દ્વારા નો ડ્રગ્સ ઇન સુરત સીટી અભિયાન શરુ કરવામાં આવ્યું છે. જે અંતર્ગત ડ્રગ્સનો વેપલો કરતા ઈસમોને ઝડપી પાડી કાયદેસરની કાર્યવાહી હાથ ધરવામાં આવી રહી છે. ત્યારે સરથાણા પોલીસે ડ્રગ્સ સાથે એક ઈસમને ઝડપી પાડી કાયદેસરની કાર્યવાહી હાથ ધરી છે.સરથાણા પોલીસનો સ્ટાફ પેટ્રોલિંગમાં હતો તે દરમ્યાન બામતીના આધારે સરથાણા કૃષ્ણકુંજ ફાર્મ સામેની ગલીમાંથી આરોપી અતીત અરવિંદભાઈ મકવાણાને ઝડપી પાડ્યો હતો.

યુવક ઉપર શંકા જતા અંગઝડપી લેવાય

પોલીસે તેની અંગઝડતી લેતા તેની પાસેથી 9600 રૂપિયાની કિમતનું 0.960 ગ્રામ એમડી ડ્રગ્સ મળી આવ્યું હતું. જેથી પોલીસે તેની ધરપકડ કરી હતી, વધુમાં પોલીસે તેની પાસેથી ડ્રગ્સ વેચાણના રોકડા રૂપિયા 760, બે મોબાઈલ ફોન તથા એક મોપેડ મળી કુલ 90,360 રૂપિયાની મત્તા કબજે કરી હતી. અમિત મકવાણા એ જેની પાસેથી ડ્રગ્સ લીધી હતી અને કેટલા સમયથી તે સપ્લાય કરતો હતો તેની પણ તપાસ શરૂ કરવામાં આવી છે.

વસીમ ઉર્ફે સાહિલ ને વોન્ટેડ જાહેર કરાયો

પોલીસે આરોપીની કડક પૂછપરછ કરતા તેને આ ડ્રગ્સનો જત્થો વસીમ ઉર્ફે સાહિલ ઉર્ફે નીપલ મુસ્તાક મિર્ઝા નામના ઈસમેં આપ્યો હોવાનું બહાર આવ્યું હતું .જેથી પોલીસે ડ્રગ્સનો જથ્થો આપનાર ઈસમને વોન્ટેડ જાહેર કર્યો છે. વસીમ રાંદેર વિસ્તારનો રહેવાસી છે.આ સમગ્ર મામલે પોલીસે વધુ તપાસ હાથ ધરી છે. પોલીસ દ્વારા NDPS ગુના હેઠળ કાર્યવાહી આગળ શરૂ કરી છે.
