Market Regulator SEBI has proposed to make the listing rules in the stock market easier for big companies. This means that companies will be slightly relaxed to complete public offers and minimum public shareholders (MPS) rules.

What kind of change will make sebi

According to SEBI’s consultation paper, companies whose market capital ranges between ₹ 50,000 crore to ₹ 1 lakh crore, can now be allowed to sell 8% instead of selling 10% of their stock.

At the same time, the minimum public offer for companies ranging from ₹ 1 lakh crore to ₹ 5 lakh crore has been fixed ₹ 6,250 crore or post-Ishu share capital. At the same time, big companies (above ₹ 5 lakh crore) will have to pay at least ₹ 15,000 crore and 1% shares.

Why are the rules changing sebi

The purpose of this change is to help companies raise funds and make the listing process easier. This will give companies flexibility in selling shares to investors and there will not be much pressure in the market.

SEBI has made these rules in such a way that for both small and big companies, there is a balance of public offers and shareholding, so that the availability of shares in the market and the safety of investors.

Shukla presented pictures of the Earth from the International Space Station (ISS) to Prime Minister Modi.

PM Modi welcomed Shukla wearing a jacket of ISRO astronaut and welcomed him with his hands on his shoulder. During this, Shukla also presented the ‘Mission Patch’ of the Axiom-4 mission to the Prime Minister. Lucknow -born astronaut also shared pictures taken from International Space Station with PM Modi.

Shukla Axiom-4 was part of the private space mission which left Florida on 25 June. While on 26 June, the International Space Station reached. Shukla returned to India on Sunday (August 17). Shukla, along with three other astronauts, conducted several experiments during the 18 -day mission.

Addressing the 79th Independence Day celebrations at the Red Fort, Prime Minister Modi said on August 15 that India is developing its space station. He also informed that Group Captain Shukla has returned from a space mission. PM Modi had said, “Our group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla has returned from the space station. In the coming days, he is returning to India.”

A special discussion took place in the Lok Sabha on Monday to commemorate Shubhanshu Shukla’s return to India. During the discussion on Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla’s ISS visit, Union Minister Jitendra Singh said that an Indian astronaut will land on the moon surface in 2040. Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla launched a special discussion on the topic of India’s first astronaut at the International Space Station- Space Program for India till 2047 ‘.

Amid the slogans of members of opposition parties, Minister of State for Science and Technology Jitendra Singh made a big announcement while starting the space journey of astronaut Shubhanshu Shukla.
