According to his report published in Times of India, Dr. London said, Man’s body is not made to stick to the chair for a long time. He said in his study, ‘A historical research published in Annals of Medicine states that despite exercising, sitting for a long time increases the risk of death type 2 diabetes, metabolic syndrome, cardiovascular disease and their death. NBA legend Dennis Rodman and girlfriend Yella Yella are starting their very own podcast show but won't reveal how they met | NBA News

NBA legend Dennis Rodman and girlfriend Yella Yella, who is 31 years younger than him, went public with their relationship back in 2022. Now, three years after going official, the couple is ready to start a new adventure – and that means starting their very own podcast show. They are basically taking the next step into their relationship – starting something together, and that in today’s day and age is a big deal. How much of their relationship will be laid out for the audience, is something fans are yet to see.
Yella Yella and Dennis Rodman’s ‘meet cute’ is a mystery
The ex-professional basketball player and his younger, rapper girlfriend are not very open about their relationship. They keep things lowkey, while also enjoying their time together. And even after 3 years since going public, fans of Dennis Rodman as well as Yella Yella are yet to know how this couple met. The couple is quite tight-lipped, but recently, at N3on’s YouTube channel, the 33-year-old let it slip that they were “working” when they met. Rodman, though, didn’t divulge much when N3on asked the couple, “So I have a quick question. Where’d you guys, ‘cuz you guys have been together for a while, … Where’d you guys meet?” But looking at how reluctant they both seemed to answer the question, the host tactfully changed the subject. But in the chaos, Yella Yella was heard saying the word “working,” albeit, very softly.
Dennis Rodman and Yella Yella are joining hands for a streaming venture
Dennis Rodman and his girlfriend, rapper Yella Yella, are launching a new “real-talk” streaming venture, which will also include a podcast. Not just romance, their relationship now also has a business aspect. The 5-times NBA champion recently also revealed a face tattoo, where he got his girlfriend’s face tattooed on himself. And now, they are ready to lay it all out to the public. According to recent reports, Rodman and Yella will “dive into real-talk moments, share stories of longevity and resilience, and open up about what it takes to stay confident in the spotlight.” While they already have a YouTube channel together the couple is ready with something more for the fans, and we can’t wait to see what they have in store for everyone. “It’s a war”: Wayne Gretzky’s legacy came under fire amid Donald Trump’s controversial trade war with Canada | NHL News

Brantford, Ontario, long celebrated as the hometown of hockey legend Wayne Gretzky, is now facing unexpected economic turbulence as U.S. tariffs on Canadian goods take effect. Local businesses, residents, and even Gretzky’s legacy are feeling the ripple effects of the trade measures announced by President Donald Trump.
Local businesses brace for economic impact amid U.S. tariffs
Graeme Roustan, owner of the historic Roustan Hockey company, expressed frustration at the sudden trade restrictions. “It’s totally ridiculous. This business here has been in place for 178 years and it’s been selling product and trading product with the United States since before Canada was a country,” he said. With finished hockey sticks destined for U.S. customers facing a 25% tariff, Roustan and other manufacturers are rushing shipments to avoid extra costs.Brantford’s economy, tightly linked to cross-border trade, is especially vulnerable. Mayor Kevin Davis noted that some local businesses sell up to 80% of their products in the U.S., while also relying on American suppliers for raw materials. “There’ll be industries in Brantford that may shut down, they may reduce production, they may have to retool, and – for a year or two – not be producing much and employing less,” he warned. Despite this, Davis emphasized the city’s resilience: “You know, we’re nice until we’re not. And yeah, if you want a war, then it’s a war. But it’s a, it’s a totally meaningless war from my perspective.”
Wayne Gretzky’s reputation caught in the crossfire
Beyond economics, the tariffs have stirred controversy around Gretzky himself. Though long admired as Canada’s “Great One,” his public ties to Trump, including attending the inauguration and wearing a MAGA hat, have drawn criticism. Some Canadians have gone so far as to label him a “traitor” online. Local fans, however, remain measured. Rick Mannen, attending a game at the Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre, said, “I wish he would say to Donald ‘back off and treat Canada as a partner instead of trying to take over.’”Also Read: Wayne Gretzky’s daughter Paulina Gretzky enjoys Jason Derulo’s LIV Golf concert while teasing her own music futureAs Brantford navigates the fallout, many residents are turning to Canadian-made products, reflecting a renewed sense of local support. While the city faces challenges from the tariffs, its history of resilience and community pride remains strong, showing that even amidst political and economic uncertainty, Brantford continues to honor its iconic roots. In tense political times, can “The Great One” be both a Donald Trump supporter and a beloved hero in Canada? Some want him to pick a side.
82-year-old CEO to give away 99% of her $7.8 billion fortune under Bill Gates’ Giving Pledge |

Judy Faulkner, the 82-year-old CEO of Epic Systems, has built a remarkable $7.8 billion fortune through her 43% stake in the company, yet she has never taken a single share for personal use. Instead, she has committed to giving away nearly all her wealth to philanthropic causes, signing Bill Gates’ Giving Pledge in 2015 to donate 99% of her fortune. Beyond finances, faulkner has created a corporate culture that values creativity, curiosity, and learning. From whimsical themed office buildings to innovative company-wide gatherings, she proves that leadership and generosity can coexist, while setting an example for other business leaders that success can be measured not only in profits but also in positive impact on employees and society.
CEO Judy Faulkner gives back through Roots & Wings
Faulkner, together with her husband, launched Roots & Wings to provide grants to nonprofits dedicated to improving the health, education, and well-being of children and families. Since its inception, the foundation has grown into a major philanthropic vehicle: in 2020, it granted $15 million to 115 organizations, and by 2024, it projected $67 million in grants to 305 nonprofits nationwide. Faulkner intends to steadily expand giving, aiming to distribute $100 million annually by 2027. To responsibly manage the sale of her non-voting Epic shares without destabilizing the company, she established a trust that governs these transactions. This careful planning ensures that her philanthropic mission can continue without affecting Epic’s stability or long-term growth.
Unconventional leadership and office creativity
Epic Systems’ 1,670-acre campus in Wisconsin is far from a conventional office environment. Its 28 buildings feature fantastical themes ranging from Harry Potter and Alice in Wonderland to The Wizard of Oz, organized into mini-campuses such as Prairie Campus, Wizards Academy, and Storybook Campus. Inside, employees help source artwork and whimsical installations, including chocolate chip trails leading to a mock chocolate factory, hanging bridges to treehouses, and magical sculptures scattered across the grounds. This imaginative setting reflects Faulkner’s philosophy that creativity, play, and aesthetic engagement foster learning and productivity, making the workplace not just a location for tasks but a space for inspiration and collaboration.
Monthly “work church” meetings with grammar lessons
Once a month, Epic employees gather in the underground auditorium called Deep Space for a mandatory meeting affectionately nicknamed “work church.” These gatherings cover essential business news, company updates, and operational targets. Yet Faulkner adds unique elements that transform standard corporate meetings into engaging learning experiences. For instance, she incorporates grammar lessons, teaching employees proper usage of words such as “who” and “whom,” and emphasizing communication skills alongside company strategy. By blending education with corporate updates, these meetings reinforce a culture of continuous learning, intellectual curiosity, and attention to detail, encouraging employees to grow professionally and personally within the company.
Other companies embracing unconventional office setups
Epic Systems is part of a broader trend of companies reimagining office culture to enhance employee engagement. Wellstar Health System, for example, offers wellness rooms with massage chairs, calming music, and healthy snacks, resulting in a 10% drop in employee turnover in 2024. Nonprofit Understood designs offices specifically for neurodivergent employees, with adjustable lighting, temperature zones, and assistive listening systems to support diverse needs. Even CEOs like Jeff Bezos favor “messy meetings” over rehearsed discussions to stimulate open debate and creativity. These examples show that unconventional setups, when thoughtfully implemented, can increase productivity, employee satisfaction, and innovation across industries.
A billionaire breaking the mold
While many billionaires sign high-profile pledges without fully following through, Faulkner stands apart as a rare example of commitment and action. By giving away nearly all her wealth through philanthropy, cultivating a creative and educational workplace, and fostering employee engagement through unconventional office design and corporate rituals, she sets a benchmark for responsible, visionary leadership. Her approach demonstrates that a CEO can combine financial success, ethical responsibility, and innovation to create a lasting impact—not just on a company’s bottom line, but on the lives of employees, communities, and society at large.
IND vs PAK | When Pakistan pulled out: Asia Cup's turbulent past back in spotlight before UAE 2025 | Cricket News

(File Photo)
The 2025 Asia Cup will be played in the United Arab Emirates from September 9 to 28, the Asian Cricket Council (ACC) confirmed earlier this month, ending weeks of speculation over India’s participation. The uncertainty had stemmed from the worsening political climate between India and Pakistan, with growing calls for boycotts of bilateral fixtures at global sporting events.Go Beyond The Boundary with our YouTube channel. SUBSCRIBE NOW!India also announced their 15-member squad this week, with Pakistan doing so a few days earlier. Yet, the shadow of geopolitics — which has repeatedly intersected with the Asia Cup — continues to loom large.
When Pakistan pulled out of Asia Cup in India
While India’s absence from the 1986 edition in Sri Lanka remained the only time the Men in Blue skipped the tournament, Pakistan too had walked away from the continental event. The fourth Asia Cup, hosted by India in 1990–91, went ahead without Pakistan after the team pulled out citing strained political relations with New Delhi. It was a major setback at the time, not just for the tournament but for Asian cricket unity. The pull-out meant the event lost one of its most intense rivalries — India vs Pakistan. India retained the trophy that year, defeating Sri Lanka in the final, but the absence of Pakistan left a glaring void. The tensions persisted, and the scheduled 1993 Asia Cup was cancelled altogether due to continuing hostilities between the two nations. Only in 1995 did the competition resume, hosted in Sharjah, UAE. India’s own withdrawal in 1986Pakistan’s pull-out was not without precedent. In 1986, India themselves withdrew from the second edition, hosted by Sri Lanka. The decision was prompted by security concerns amid the island nation’s escalating civil war with the LTTE, with the Indian government directing the BCCI to stay away. The absence reduced the tournament to just three teams — Sri Lanka, Pakistan, and Bangladesh — with the hosts emerging victorious. That political decision remains the only time India have missed the Asia Cup.2025 edition at a neutral venueNearly four decades later, the Asia Cup continues to operate in the shadows of regional politics. The 2025 edition, though officially hosted by India, will take place in the UAE as part of a neutral-venue arrangement with the Pakistan Cricket Board. Under the deal, Indo-Pak fixtures in the next three years will be staged at third-party venues to avoid direct hosting disputes. This year’s event will be played in the T20I format, featuring eight teams: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, UAE, Oman, and Hong Kong. India have been grouped with Pakistan, UAE, and Oman in Group A, while Group B comprises Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, and Hong Kong.Dubai will host 11 matches, including India’s opener against UAE on September 10 and the much-anticipated clash with Pakistan on September 14. Abu Dhabi will stage eight matches, including India’s final group encounter against Oman on September 19. The Super Four stage runs from September 20 to 26, with the final scheduled for September 28 in Dubai.

Delhi CM attacked: AAP rejects BJP's 'fake' photo of attacker; calls MLA Harish Khurana 'petty troll' | India News

NEW DELHI: Aam Aadmi Party on Wednesday rejected the Bharatiya Janata Party’s claim that Delhi chief minister Rekha Gupta’s attacker is linked with AAP and alleged the saffron party edited the original video and posted fake photos. BJP MLA Harish Khurana had posted an image on social media, claiming it showed the attacker, Sakaria Rajeshbhai Khimjibhai, with AAP’s Gujarat MLA Gopal Italia. He suggested the photo indicated political backing for the assault during Gupta’s Jan Sunwai at her Civil Lines residence.“What was suspected has happened. The photo with @ArvindKejriwal’s close associate @Gopal_Italia says a lot. It clearly seems that the attack on @gupta_rekha ji today is connected to @AamAadmiParty. Will Kejriwal ji explain the truth behind this photo? Kejriwal ji, please explain, ‘What is this relationship called?’ Amazing,” Khurana’s post read. Italia hit back, calling Khurana a “petty troll” and releasing the original video—posted on his Facebook on August 2—showing him with someone else, not the accused. He also invoked Khurana’s late father, former Delhi CM Madan Lal Khurana, accusing the BJP leader of shaming his legacy. Italia warned of legal action against media outlets that carried the BJP’s claim without verification.“Harish Khurana ji, you yourself don’t have more respect than a troll, but before indulging in such cheap antics, didn’t you think about the honour of your father, Madan Lal ji?” Italia said in a social media post. He added: “Seeing your deeds, which are even lower than those of a small-time BJP worker paid two rupees per tweet, would the late Madan Lal Khurana ji be very pleased? What would he be thinking, seeing his son become a petty troll?”Italia further warned, “My appeal to all media is not to run news based on this petty troll Harish ji’s tweet without verifying it. I will be forced to take legal action.”While BJP leaders framed the attack as a conspiracy, AAP MLA Anil Jha suggested the incident was fabricated. “No attack happened. I have known her for a long time now. This is a story, and she got a man to stage-manage this,” Jha said. Meanwhile, Delhi Police confirmed that Sakaria Rajeshbhai Khimjibhai, a Rajkot resident, has been booked for attempt to murder under Section 109(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). Police described him as a “serial offender” with multiple past cases in Gujarat, many ending in acquittal.
WHO says removing sugar from diet can save 2.5 billion people from this disease |

Sugar is everywhere, hidden in drinks, snacks, and even foods we think of as healthy. For decades, it has been at the center of debates on obesity, diabetes, and heart health. But now, the World Health Organization (WHO) is sounding the alarm on another consequence of our sugar-heavy diets: tooth decay.According to the agency, removing or even sharply reducing sugar intake could protect billions worldwide from the world’s most common noncommunicable disease.
What WHO has said
WHO estimates that over 2.5 billion people currently live with dental caries, including more than 2 billion adults with cavities in permanent teeth and over half a billion children with decayed baby teeth.

The agency identifies free sugars—those added to processed foods and drinks, or naturally present in items like syrups, honey, and fruit juices—as the key dietary risk factor. Its recommendation is firm: limit free sugar intake to less than 10% of daily calories, and ideally under 5%, to significantly lower the risk of decay across a lifetime.
Understanding dental caries
Dental caries, often referred to as tooth decay or cavities, is more than a cosmetic concern. It is a disease process where the structure of the tooth is gradually destroyed by acid produced when bacteria in plaque metabolize sugar. The first signs may be mild sensitivity, but if left untreated, decay can lead to persistent toothache, pain while chewing, and visible pits or holes.Advanced cases cause infection, tooth loss, and even difficulty eating, speaking, or sleeping, which can take a serious toll on overall health and quality of life.
How it develops

Tooth decay develops through a continuous cycle. After consuming sugary foods or drinks, bacteria in plaque break down those sugars into acids. These acids attack the enamel—the hard protective layer of the tooth—weakening it over time. If the cycle continues unchecked, cavities form and progress deeper, eventually reaching the inner tooth structures.
The real culprit
While multiple factors can contribute to poor dental health, WHO is clear that sugar is the main driver of caries worldwide. Hidden sugars in sodas, packaged juices, breakfast cereals, sauces, and even so-called health bars mean that many people exceed safe levels without realizing it.And it is not just cavities, that one needs to worry about. Diets high in free sugars contribute to obesity, type 2 diabetes, and cardiovascular disease.

How to prevent tooth decay ?
The good news is that tooth decay is largely preventable. Cutting down on sugar is the most effective step, but it must be paired with daily oral hygiene, including brushing twice with fluoride toothpaste and flossing to remove plaque. Regular dental check-ups can help detect early signs before they progress to more serious problems. On a wider scale, WHO calls for public health policies such as taxing sugary drinks, reformulating processed foods, and educating families about sugar’s hidden presence in everyday diets.
IND vs PAK | 'Is the BCCI above national interest?': Letter to sports minister Mansukh Mandaviya reignites debate

Aaditya Thackerayleader of Shiv Sena (UBT), has addressed a letter to union sports minister Mansukh mandaviya expressing concerns about the planned India-Pakistan match in the Asia Cup and questioning BCCI’s position regarding national interest. The letter highlighted how various nations have been isolated in sports for causes benefiting humanity, with terrorism being a significant factor preventing peaceful progress between both nations.
Asia Cup 2025: India Squad Announced | Surya Named Captain, Gill Vice-Captain
Thackeray pointed out that India has faced multiple Pakistan-based terrorist attacks in the past decade, with the Union Government consistently highlighting this issue.“Yet, sadly enough, and shamelessly, the BCCI is sending a team to play Pakistan in the Asia Cup. Is the BCCI above national interest? Is it above the sacrifice of our Jawans? Is it above the Sindoor of those who faced the attack in Pahalgham?” Thackeray stated.Go Beyond The Boundary with our YouTube channel. SUBSCRIBE NOW!“We sent out delegations to the world, saying Pakistan is behind Pahalgam. Now, will we send out delegations to the world to justify why we are playing cricket with them?”Thackeray mentioned that while Pakistan declined to play hockey in India citing security concerns, BCCI’s decision to play against Pakistan reflects selfish interests. The upcoming Asia Cup, scheduled to begin in the UAE from September 9, will feature two significant India-Pakistan matches in Dubai. The first match between the neighbouring countries is set for September 14 in Dubai, with a potential second encounter on September 21 at the same venue. The tournament’s final will take place in Dubai on September 29. The competition will follow the T20I format in preparation for the T20 World Cup scheduled in India and Sri Lanka early next year.“Recently, the Prime Minister also said water and blood cannot flow together from the ramparts of the Red Fort. Yet, only because of BCCI’s insistence and desire for the money and ad revenue, probably, it holds the ‘sindoor’, and lives of our jawans as negligible.”
In Gurugram's DLF 'The Camellias', the British businessman bought a house of 100 crores, why is this so special? - UK Businessman Sukhpal Singh Ahluwalia Buys Rs 100 Crore Apartment at DLF S The Camelias
DLF The Camellias: Sukhpal Singh Ahluwalia, a big businessman living in London, has bought a flat of ₹ 100 crore in DLF’s brilliant DLF project ‘The Camelias’ in Gurugram. This flat is not small, but 11,416 square feet. Sukhpal Singh is the owner of the Dominus Group in London and earlier he also had a company ‘Euro Car Parts’. Let me tell you that he also has a kothi in Lutyens of Delhi.
Why is ‘The Camelias’ so special?
DLF’s ‘The Camelias’ is not a common place. In recent times, it has become one of the most expensive and special residential areas in India. This is the third time a house is sold for ₹ 100 crore here. Last year, a person named Rishi Party bought a penth of ₹ 190 crore in this building. It was one of the most expensive apartments in India. Large people live here, such as Aman Gupta, co-founder of BOAT, JC Chaudhary, owner of Akash Educational Services and promoters of the announcement Group.
Why are people spending so much money?
Nowadays people want not just a big house, but a special lifestyle. After the Korona epidemic, big businessmen and rich people are now preferring to live in such societies instead of bungalows, where everything is available. Places like ‘The Camelias’ provide gym, good restaurants and most of the most tight security. This is the reason that the luxury real estate market of Gurugram has come to Mumbai, where prices are up to ₹ 1.2 lakh per square ft.
