- Bihar News; Devotees Did The Worship Of Baba Baidyanath On The First Monday By Putting Up A 12 Kilometer Long Line

On the first Monday of Sawan, there is a crowd of devotees in Deoghar. Devotees lined up for the Jalabhishek of Baba Baidyanath from 10 pm on Sunday. By 3 am on Monday, there was a long line of more than 12 km. After waiting the whole night, Baba’s Jalabhishek took place from 4 o’clock in the morning.
The door of Baba Baidyanath was opened in Deoghar at 3:05 am and by law, the first Sardari Puja was performed on Monday of Sawan. The special puja of Panda Samaj lasted for about 55 minutes. After this, the common devotees were made Jalabhishek with Arghya from outside without touching Baba.
Here in Sultanganj of Bihar, a huge crowd of Kawariyas has gathered. On the fifth day of Sawan Mela and on the first Monday of Sawan, about one lakh devotees reached here. First bathed in the Ganges. After this, Kanwar left for Baidyanath Dham. Ajgaibinath Dham resonated with the chants of Bol-Bam and Har-Har Mahadev. This time the journey from Sultanganj to Deoghar has become a lot easier due to the laying of a layer of white sand on the Kachchi Kanwaria path.

Even on Sunday night, there was a lot of crowd at Sivaganga after Baba Mandir. Devotees lined up with water in the night itself. After bathing in the night, the devotees lined up and performed Jalabhishek of Baba in the morning. The temple administration had arranged for the line on the first Monday, it was told that the line longer than 12 km was started till morning.

Baba Baidyanath was awakened by the water of the well
On the first Monday of Sawan, the door of Baba was opened at 3.05 am with special worship and worship. After this Baba was awakened from the water of Chandrakup well located in the temple premises. For about 20 minutes, Baba was offered Kacha Jal Panda Samaj. This was followed by special Sardari Puja.
According to the belief, Baba is offered Kacha water and permission is taken from him for worship, only after that Baba’s Sardari Puja is performed. On the first Monday of Sawan, in Sardari Puja, Baba was offered Belpatra with sandalwood paste along with different types of fragrant flowers. After the first Sardari Puja of Sawan, which lasted for 28 minutes, at around 4 o’clock, Jalabhishek was done to the common devotees with Arghya.

Arghya Jalabhishek arrangement
A strict system of administration was made for the first Monday of Sawan. In view of the crowd, the Sparsh Puja has already been called off. Sparsh Puja is being offered to Baba only by the Panda community. There is a complete ban on the entry of common devotees in Baba’s sanctum sanctorum from the first day of Sawan. When the worship of common devotees started from 4 am on Monday, then the entire temple courtyard was chocked with crowd. There was no place to keep mole anywhere. The crowd of devotees kept increasing. However, due to the Arghya system for Jalabhishek, the effect of the crowd is not visible much. Very soon people are getting empty after performing Jalabhishek. Arghya is arranged outside Baba’s sanctum sanctorum, where devotees are offering their water which is being offered to Baba. Large LED screens have been arranged in the courtyard for Baba’s darshan. On the first Monday of Sawan, the administration appeared fully prepared from the night. Along with seeing the arrangement in the line of devotees, there was also an alert regarding security.
