After verification, recovery operations were carried out
These raids were done on the grounds of tax evasion by making bogus billing, obtaining false tax credits against payable GST and not depositing proportionate tax in the government treasury. The operation of this raid lasted for more than a week. In which the recovery operation has been carried out by verifying the amount of tax that has been taken through bogus billing. As part of this operation, the State GST Enforcement Department arrested Shanti Metal’s Rishabh Pambhar and Active Metal’s Varun Bansal on Thursday night.
