According to news agency PTI, the BCCI has sent a proposal. In this proposal, along with the preparation of the match, a request has been made from the board regarding the organization of this. The proposal has been sent by the Ministry of Culture.
“We have received a proposal from the government to host the match between India and World 11 on August 22,” a source said of the match against World XI. This will require 13-14 players from around the world.
It is also noteworthy that Team India will play an ODI series against Zimbabwe from August 18 to August 22. Team India’s players will be on a tour of Zimbabwe for this series. There will also be doubts about the availability of players. Also, there are doubts about Pakistan’s players playing. Nothing is clear yet about the availability of Pakistani players.
