At the same time, the Municipal Corporation has prepared 15 pumpsets, wherever there will be waterlogging, they will be installed there. 150 employees of the private agency will be stationed on the drains in the midst of rain.
They will work to make the drain flow in the middle of the rain. Along with this, three earthmoving machines will be deployed. If needed, a Poklane has also been kept ready. In this way, the Municipal Corporation has made strict arrangements amidst the warning of heavy rain. However, it is not easy to prevent waterlogging in the city during heavy rains. Corporation Commissioner Ayush Sinha says that this time it is fully prepared that water logging should not be allowed. If it happens anywhere, then work will be done to remove water from there as soon as possible. 18 joint teams have been made for this.
Mayor Madan Chauhan, Additional Municipal Commissioner Dheeraj Kumar and other employees came to visit the ongoing cleaning work on the drains.
