- Sahara investors were given notice to file claims
- 17.37 crores was cheated by luring people
All those who have been defrauded by Sahara Credit Co.O.S.L. can register their claims at the Sub-Divisional Magistrate’s office at Narmada Bhawan from August 1 to 31. The office of the Sub-Divisional Magistrate at Narmada Bhawan has issued a public notice regarding receipt of claims of investors of Sahara Credit Co.O.S.O.L. In which it is stated that the directors and all the administrators of Sahara Credit Co.O.S.L. had lured the investors and made them invest crores of rupees by issuing bonus schemes and tempting them with more returns since the year 2010.
In which the complainant and the investors got a total of 4.10 crores and 133 investors got 1.36 crores together and invested a total amount of Rs. 17.37 crores and did not return it on the maturity period and committed fraud. Against which a complaint has been filed in CID Crime Branch Vadodara Zone. On the basis of the order of the Home Department of the Government, it was ordered to keep the property in the possession of the office from 12 August 2021 till the order of the court designated as the competent authority here to seize the properties of the accused. So it has been ordered to confiscate the properties of the accused.
