A joint initiative of Gram Seva Trust, Kharel and Manav Kalyan Trust, Navsari, launched Shabari Project and Tribal Health Care and Economic Development (AAA) Project, Dang in 25 villages around Shiwarimal area from the year 2021-22. Through this project, programs related to health and economic development have been started for tribals of 25 villages in interior areas.

From the year 2022-23, adding more modern health-oriented facilities with the use of telemedicine in this project, in collaboration with Dr. K. R. Shroff Foundation, the inauguration program was held on 28/7/22 at Prajnamandir – Andhajan School Shivarimal to start the AAA+ project.

Dr. Ashwin Shah, Managing Trustee of Gramseva Trust welcomed the dignitaries in the occasion address and said that the organization has always been working in the direction of providing more and more health facilities to the people of the hinterland of Dang district at a very affordable rate. Then health workers will be placed in these 25 villages of Dang to prevent the spread of the disease by providing as much information and treatment as possible to the patient with the coordination of modern technology.

The workers will be trained in the use of BP instruments, oximeters and other equipment. They can then upload the data of the patient’s symptoms etc. to the medical experts of the mobile app to get an accurate diagnosis of the patient’s common diseases and help them in initial treatment, follow-up and prevention of disease progression.

Uday Desai, President, Dr. K. R. Shroff Foundation, Ahmedabad, said that telemedicine technology will be very useful to the existing health care services. Dr. K. R. Shroff Foundation will provide financial support for this program. And technical service will be provided by Evolco. So people in remote areas will have a permanent record of all patients through the system developed by Evolco for chronic diseases like hypertension, diabetes, anemia and malnutrition.

Also, following them from time to time will be very useful to improve their health. If this project is more successful, it will be expanded to other villages of Dang. Ajay Rastogi of Evolco-Mumbai expressed his gratitude for his choice to provide technical service.\n\nManav Kalyan Trust President Mr. Dhanjyabhai Desai asked to go ahead with more projects to serve the needy through coordination of charitable organizations.

The program was conducted by Dr. Partha Vyas and Arvidbhai, during the program the focus was on prayer, anchoring etc. of the disabled children of Pragya Mandir.
