Four days ago in Gandhinagar’s Kolwada, Dilipsingh Vaghela was shot dead near the Hanumanji temple and sustained eight to ten wounds with a sharp weapon. It has been revealed in the investigation of the local crime branch that Ghanshyamsinh Vaghela, the husband of the woman corporator Sonalba Vaghela of Ward No. 7 of Gandhinagar BJP, the suspended police Jamadar Ghanshyamsinh Vaghela, bribed the cousin of the person who died in a previous personal enmity with a bribe of 20 lakhs and got a tip by giving betel nuts through Sagaritos. Dilipsingh Vaghela was shot and killed with eight to ten stab wounds
A case was registered in the Pethapur police station after Dilipsingh Vaghela was shot dead under a tree in front of the room near the Hanumanji temple in Chara near Kolvada Ayurvedic Hospital and was stabbed to death with eight to ten stab wounds. Following this, on the direct instructions of District Police Chief Tarun Duggal, PI H P Jhala, Pethapur PSI MS Rana of the local crime branch formed different teams and started the investigation. And when the police team checked all the CCTV footages from the crime scene and up that route, it was revealed that Dharmendra Singh Vikram Singh of Kolwada had gone to Vaghela to give a card to the deceased Dilip Singh for gambling. Behind which a Swef Dzire car was also seen suspiciously.

Dilipsingh beat up three people including the Jamadar during a drunken party

To take revenge, the Jamadar had called Dharmendra Singh, the cousin of the deceased Dilip Singh, to meet him a month ago and Prabhatji Sukhaji Dabhi (Rest. Dangarwa) was with him at that time. and asked Dilip Singh to help bring him out of the bore well in any way possible. 20 lakhs was offered in return. On the other hand, Dilipsingh had frequent quarrels with his father, causing family conflicts. But as he could not do anything alone, he was ready to help. Thus, to do this work, Ghanshyam Singh Vaghela alias Jamadar and Prabhatji Sukhaji Dabhi Avar Nawar used to call Dharmendra Singh outside to meet them and took Ghanshyam Singh’s black color car and used to meet at different places.
According to the pre-plan, the conspiracy was hatched three days before the incident
This time Prabhatji Dabhi was taking Vipul Thakor aka Tanio and Prakash Barot aka Gathio aka Raghu along with him. Thus, according to the pre-plan, three days before the incident, that is, on the day of Raksha Bandhan, Ghanshyam Singh and Prabhatji Dabhi had called Dharmandra Singh out and forced him to complete the work soon. And on the day of the incident, Prabhatji called Dharmendra Singh at Mansa. Vipul Thakor alias Tanio alias Gatti (Rest. Mansa) and Prakash Barot alias Gathio alias Radho (Rest. Bhatwada Mansa) were present there.
The killers came in a Swift Dzire car
These four people took Swift Desire car and Dharmendra Singh’s bike and left together and went to Dilip Singh’s bore side. They saw a man like Dilip Singh but it was not Dilip Singh but another man of the village. Meanwhile, Dharmendra Singh received a call from Dilip Singh and said that he was sitting near the temple of Hanumanji and ordered to give two decks of cards, a packet of cigarettes and chawan for himself from the village.

Prabhatji Dabhi, Vipul Thakor and Prakash Barot went behind in Swift Dzire car. And Jamadar Dharmendra Singh gave the luggage and went out on the road and gave them a tip. Thus, this Ghanshyam Singh Vaghela alias Jamadar gave betel to the three accused of his personal enmity and with the help of Dharmendra Singh, the murder of Dilip Singh was carried out.

It is worth mentioning that Ghanshyam Singh Vaghela alias Jamadar was running a gambling den in Gandhinagar district and was running a large network of illegal liquor in the district. Against which a crime of gambling was reported in Pethapur Police Station during the year – 2020. He also posed as a police jamadar when the local crime branch raided the jamadar’s stronghold. When his complaint reached the state police chief, he was changed to Kutch Bhuj. After which he was suspended. But his illegal activities continued. While a case of murder has been registered against Prabhatji Sukhaji Dabhi in Kadi Police Station of Mehsana District. While Prakash alias Gathyo alias Radho Vitthalji Barot has been registered against Adalaj, Aslali, Talod, Anand, Rajkot Mehsana Police Station for loot with firearms, theft and murder. As the above accused Prakash Barot is accused of jumping from parole leave, a case has also been registered against him in Ranip Police Station.
