The drugs were caught before they could be delivered
Kalpesh Goswami, the lawyer of the Special NDPS Court argued that before the delivery of the drugs, the six accused who gave the drugs and the two accused who took the delivery have been caught. Who gives financial help to the two people who are coming to take the delivery? Do they have connections with drug peddlers at the international level? Apart from inquiring about the details including that, he has already visited Gujarat twice before at different places. So remand was sought to get the details of whom they met in Gujarat.
