Indian Army has thwarted a fresh terror plot in Jammu and Kashmir. The Indian Army troops have recovered arms, explosives & narcotics from two different locations along the line of control in J&K’s border district, Rajouri. The recoveries by army were made after an operation was launched on Saturday night based on intelligence inputs about a terror plot. During the operation in the Jhangar area of Nowshera which comes under Rajouri District, army seized two pistols, along with 2 kg of narcotics. in another operation, the forces defused an improvised explosive device (IED) weighing 2 kg in the Lam area of Rajouri. The IED appeared to have been planted by the terrorists near the LoC.
