The Jammu and Kashmir Police has put the brakes on Pak ISI’s method of enticing Kashmiri boys into terror ranks. Interrogation of infiltrators revealed how ISI was wooing Kashmiri youths by taking them to the neighbouring country using passports and later infiltrating them into the valley along with mercenaries.
