PNB Housing Finance Q1 (Consolidated YoY)
On the annual basis in the June quarter, the consolidated profit of PNB Housing Finance rose 23.3% to ₹ 533.5 crore, revenue 13.9% jumped to ₹ 2,076.1 crore and Net Interest Income 16.7% to ₹ 760 crore.
CIE Automotive India Q1 (Consolidated YoY)
CIE Automotive’s consulted profit fell 6.1% to ₹ 203.5 crore in the June quarter, but the revenue jumped 3.3% to ₹ 2,369 crore.
Oberoi Realty Q1 (Consolidated YoY)
On the annual basis in the June quarter, the consulted profit of Oberoi Realty fell by 28% to ₹ 421.3 crore and the revenue 29.7% slipped to ₹ 987.6 crore.
DCM Shriram Q1 (Consolidated YoY)
On the annual basis in the June quarter, DCM Shriram’s consulted profit rose 13% to ₹ 113.4 crore and revenue 12.4% to ₹ 3,455.2 crore.
Havells India Q1 (Consolidated YoY)
On the annual basis in the June quarter, the consulted profit of Havels India fell 14.8% to ₹ 347.7 crore and the revenue slipped 6% to ₹ 5,455.4 crore.
Parag Milk Foods Q1 (Consolidated YoY)
Consolidated profit of pollen milk foods increased by 1% to ₹ 27.6 crore and revenue 12.3% to ₹ 851.5 crore on an annual basis in the June quarter.
On the annual basis in the June quarter, Dhanalakshmi Bank came into profit of ₹ 12.18 crore from a loss of ₹ 8 crore. During this period, the bank’s net interest income (NII) rose 39.3% to ₹ 139.1 crore. On a quarterly basis, the bank’s grass NPA rose from 2.98% to 3.22% and NPA from 0.99% to 1.13% in the June quarter.

The Titan Company has entered into an agreement to get a 67% stake in the Damas LLC (UAE), which has done jewelery business in Gulf countries through its full -fledged subsidiary Titan Holdings International FZCO. According to the agreement, the enterprise value of Damas is estimated at 103.8 crore. Damas has 146 stores in six Gulf countries.
Erisinfra Solutions has received an order of ₹ 340 crore for the supply of ready-mix concrete (RMC), steel, cement, chemicals, plumbing, electrical and finishing products for the projects of the Transcon Group in Mumbai.
Facon’s Infrastructure has made the lowest bid for rehabilitation and construction of a railway line in Croatia. This contract is ₹ 6,800 crore.
State Bank of India (SBI)
SBI has raised ₹ 25000 crore by issuing 30.6 crore shares through QIP.
According to CNBC-TV18 sources, 360 one WAM shares i.e. 3.7% share can be sold for BC Asia Investments X ₹ 1,740 crore. According to the shareholding pattern of June 2025, BC Asia Investments X had 21.92% stake in the company.
BL Kashyap & Sons has received an order of ₹ 910 crore from BPTP for the construction of civil structures of residential towers.
The Board of Raju Engineers has approved all investors to all investors including Morgan Stanley, Rajasthan Global Securities, Moneywaise Financial Services and Dowtel India Fund to be allocated to ₹ 109 with a price of 1.47 crore equity shares at ₹ 160 crore. The QIP issue was opened on 15 July and closed on 21 July.
Anoop Kumar Saha has resigned from the post of Bajaj Finance for personal reasons. The board has appointed Rajiv Jain as Vice Chairman and MD of the company for March 31, 2028.
