‘કદમ અસ્થિર હો એને કદી રસ્તો નથી જડતો, અને અડગ મનના મુસાફરને હિમાલય પણ નથી નડતો’ આ કહેવતને સાચા અર્થમાં 9 વર્ષની બાળકીએ સાકાર કરી બતાવી છે. અમદાવાદના મેમનગરમાં રહેતી અને ચોથા ધોરણમાં ભણતી સામ્યા પંચાલ તેના માતા-પિતા સાથે રહે છે. તેને નવ વર્ષની ઉંમરમાં માઉન્ટ એવરેસ્ટ બેઝ કેમ્પ જે 17,598 ફૂટ ઊંચાઈએ આવેલો છે તેને સર કર્યો છે. જેના માટે મુખ્યમંત્રીથી લઇને અનેક મંત્રીઓ તેને અભિનંદન આપી ચૂક્યો છે.

સામ્યા ગુજરાતની નાની ઉંમરની પહેલી છોકરી બની
સામ્યાના પિતા મૌલિક પંચાલ એક બિઝનેસમેન છે અને પર્વતારોહણ કરે છે. તેમને વિચાર આવ્યો કે, તેમની દીકરીને ઇન્યામાં સૌથી નાની ઉંમરની છોકરી બનાવવી છે કે જે માઉન્ટ એવરેસ્ટ બેઝ કેમ્પ સુધી પહોંચી હોય. જોકે, બે વર્ષ કોરોનાના કારણે તેઓ જઈ ન શક્યા. નહિતર સામ્યા ઇન્ડિયાની સૌથી નાની ઉંમરે બાળકી બનતી જેણે માઉન્ટ એવરેસ્ટ બેઝ કેમ્પ સર કર્યો હોય. કોરોના બાદ એપ્રિલ 2022માં સામ્યા નવ વર્ષની હતી ત્યારે તેના પિતા સાથે અને માતા સાથે 17,598 ફૂટ ઊંચાઈએ આવેલો બેઝ કેમ્પ સર કરવાનું નક્કી કર્યું અને ગુજરાતની નાની ઉંમરની પહેલી છોકરી બની જેણે માઉન્ટ એવરેસ્ટ બેઝ કેમ્પ સર કર્યો હોય.

માઉન્ટ એવરેસ્ટ સર કરવવા માટે ત્રણ મહિના ટ્રેનિંગ
સામ્યા માઉન્ટ એવરેસ્ટ સર કરવા માટે તેના પિતા પાસે ત્રણ મહિનાની ટ્રેનિંગ તેના પિતા પાસે લીધી હતી. જેમાં તે ફિઝિકલ ટ્રેનિંગ તેમજ એક કલાક વોકિંગ કરતી હતી સાથે જ ડાયટનું પણ ખાસ ધ્યાન રાખવામાં આવતું હતું. આ સાથે તેના પિતાએ પણ તેમનું વજન ઉતાર્યું હતું. જેથી કરીને એવરેસ્ટ બેઝ કેમ્પ પર પહોંચવા માટે કોઈ તકલીફ ન પડે.

9 વર્ષની સામ્યાને અનેક એવોર્ડ મળ્યા
સામ્યા આ સિદ્ધિ બદલ તેને અને અનેક એવોર્ડ મળ્યા છે. જેમાં નાની ઉંમરે માઉન્ટ એવરેસ્ટ બેઝ કેમ્પ સર કરવા માટે ઇન્ડિયા વર્લ્ડ રેકોર્ડ એવોર્ડ મળ્યો છે. આ પહેલા પણ તે મનાલીના 10 હજાર ફૂટ ઉંચા ટ્રેક પર જઈને આવી છે. આ ઉપરાંત વિશ્વકર્મા સમાજ દ્વારા પણ તેની આ સિધ્ધિ માટે સન્માન કરવામાં આવ્યું છે.

બેઝ કેમ્પ સર કરવાના સમયે સામ્યાની પરીક્ષા
માઉન્ટ એવરેસ્ટ બેઝ કેમ્પ સર કરવાનું સામ્યાએ નક્કી કર્યું ત્યારે તેની સ્કૂલમાં પરીક્ષા હતી. જેના કારણે અમે મૂંઝવણમાં મુકાયા હતા. જોકે, ત્યારબાદ સ્કૂલને રિકવેસ્ટ કરી અને સ્કૂલ દ્વારા એકલી સામ્યા માટે વહેલી પરીક્ષા એની એકલીની લીધી અને એ પરીક્ષા આપ્યા પછી તે ટ્રેક માટે નીકળી હતી.

જીવનમાં સફળતાનો એવરેસ્ટ સર કરે: CM
નાની વયે માઉન્ટ એવરેસ્ટ બેઝ કેમ્પ પહોંચવા બદલ CM ભુપેન્દ્ર પટેલે પણ શુભેચ્છા સંદેશ આપ્યો હતો. જેમા લખ્યું હતું કે, નવ વર્ષની નાનકડી વયે, 17,598 ફૂટ ઊંચાઇએ આવેલા એવરેસ્ટ બેઝ કેમ્પ સર કરવા બદલ અનેકાનેક અભિનંદન. બાળપણની જિજ્ઞાસા તથા ઉત્સાહ અને વડીલોનું માર્ગદર્શન અને સાથ-સહકાર, સફળતાનો પથ નિશ્ચિત કરે છે. વળી, કેમ્પિંગ તથા રમત-ગમત જેવી વિવિધ પ્રવૃત્તિઓ આત્મવિશ્વાસ અને ધીરજ જેવા ગુણો વિકસાવે છે. વિવિધ કપરી પરિસ્થિતિનો સામનો કરીને પણ તું જે રીતે આગળ વધી છે અને એવરેસ્ટ બેઝ કેમ્પ સર કર્યો છે. તેવી જ રીતે જીવનમાં સફળતાનો એવરેસ્ટ સર કરે તેવા શુભાશિષ.

7 વર્ષની હતી ત્યારે બેઝ કેમ્પ સર કરવાનો ઇરદો: મૌલિક પંચાલ
સામ્યાના પિતા મૌલિક પંચાલે દિવ્ય ભાસ્કર સાથે વાતચીત કરતા જણાવ્યું કે, સાત વર્ષની સામ્યા હતી ત્યારે એને મારે માઉન્ટેન બેઝ કેમ્પ સર કરવાનો ઇરાદો હતો. ત્યારે આ બેઝ કેમ્પ સર કર્યું હોત તો ઇન્ડિયા લેવલની સૌથી નાની વયની આ સિદ્ધિ હાંસલ કરનાર છોકરી બનતી. પરંતુ કોરોનાના કારણે બે વર્ષ અમારે રાહ જોવી પડી. માઉન્ટ એવરેસ્ટ બેઝ કેમ્પ પહોંચવા અમે ત્રણ મહિનાથી ફિઝિકલ ટ્રેનિંગ લેતા હતા. બેઝ કેમ્પ પર પહોંચવા માટે અમને 12 દિવસ લાગ્યા. સામ્યાને આટલી હાઈટ પર લઈ જતી વખતે અમને કચવાટ પણ હતો કે એને કંઈક થઈ જશે. કોઈ તકલીફ ઊભી થશે તો. જોકે, નાની મોટી તકલીફો પડી પણ મેજર કોઈ તકલીફ અમને નથી પડી. આ બેઝ કેમ્પ સર કરવવા અમારે 3 લાખ રૂપિયા જેટલો ખર્ચ થયો છે.

7 ખંડના સૌથી ઊંચા ત્રણ શિખરો સર કરાવા છે
સામ્યાના પિતા મૌલિક પંચાલને પર્વતારોહણનો શોખ છે. તેમને કહ્યું કે, તેમણે સાત ખંડના સૌથી ઊંચા ત્રણ શિખરો સર કર્યા છે અને તેમની દીકરી સૌમ્યાને પણ આ ત્રણ શિખરો જે યુરોપ, આફ્રિકા અને અમેરિકામાં છે તેને સર કરાવવા છે તેવી ઈચ્છા છે. જોકે, તેનો ખર્ચ વધી જાય તેમ છે જેને લઈને અમે પ્લાનિંગ કરી રહ્યા છીએ.

‘મને બધી સિઝનનું અનુભવ આ ટ્રેક દરમિયાન થયો’
નવ વર્ષની ગુજરાતની સૌપ્રથમ માઉન્ટ એવરેસ્ટ બેઝ કેમ્પ સુધી પહોંચનારી સામ્યાએ દિવ્ય ભાસ્કરને જણાવ્યું હતું કે, ટ્રેક દરમિયાન મને બધી સિઝનનો અનુભવ થયો. ગરમી, બરફ વરસાદનો પણ અનુભવ થયો અને આ દરમિયાન તબિયત પણ બગડી હતી. પરંતુ હિંમત હાર્યા વગર મેં આ માઉન્ટ એવરેસ્ટ બેઝ કેમ્પ સર કર્યો. ખૂબ જ એક્સાઈટ હતી પણ મને એવું પણ હતું કે, હું કરી શકીશ કે નહીં. મારી તબિયત બગડશે તો. એટલે તમામ પડકારો વચ્ચે અમે બેઝ કેમ્પ સુધી પહોંચ્યા? આગળ મારે એકોન્કાગુઆ ટ્રેક પર જવું છે.

રાજ્યના કોઇપણ કતલખાનામાં પોલ્ટ્રી બર્ડસની કતલ થતા નથી
એનિમલ વેલફેર ફાઉન્ડેશન અને અહિંસા મહાસંઘ સંસ્થા જે પ્રાણીઓ પર થતાં અત્યાચાર અને ક્રૂરતાને અટકાવવા નિરંતર પ્રયાસો કરે છે. તેઓ દ્વારા હાઇકોર્ટમાં જાહેર હિતની અરજી કરી છે. આ અરજીમાં રજૂઆત કરવાની સાથે રજૂ કરવામાં આવેલાં દસ્તાવેજોમાં દર્શાવવામાં આવ્યું છે કે, રાજ્યના કોઇપણ કતલખાનામાં પોલ્ટ્રી બર્ડસની કતલ થતા નથી અને રાજ્યના અમદાવાદ, વડોદરા અને સુરત મ્યુનિસિપાલિટી કોર્પોરેશન દ્વારાએ વિગતો આરટીઆઇ કાયદા હેઠળ કરેલી અરજીના જવાબમાં સ્વીકારવામાં આવી છે.

એનિમલ શબ્દમાં મનુષ્ય સિવાયના બધા જીવતા પ્રાણીનો સમાવેશ થાય
સાથોસાથ ડાયરેકટર ઓફ એનિમલ હસબન્ડરી દ્વારા પબ્લિસ કરવામાં આવેલા લાઇવ સ્ટોક રિપોર્ટ પર મૂકવામાં આવ્યા છે. જેમાં એવું દર્શાવવામાં આવ્યું છે કે, દર વર્ષે લાખો ટન જેટલું પોલ્ટ્રી બર્ડસનું માંસ જનરેટ કરવામાં આવે છે. આ અરજી પરની પ્રાથમિક સુનાવણી દરમિયાન અરજદાર તરફથી એડવોકેટ નિસર્ગ સંજય શાહે એવી રજૂઆત કરી હતી કે, પ્રિવેન્શન ઓફ કુઅલ્ટી ટુ એનિમલ એક્ટની કલમ 2 ( એ )માં પ્રાણી શબ્દની વ્યાખ્યા આપવામાં આવી છે. જેમાં જણાવ્યું છે કે, એનિમલ શબ્દમાં મનુષ્ય સિવાયના બધા જીવતા પ્રાણીનો સમાવેશ થાય છે. આ પ્રિવેન્શન ઓફ કુઅલ્ટી ટુ એનિમલ એક્ટ હેઠળ સ્લોટર હાઉસ રૂલ્સ-2001 જારી કરવામાં આવ્યા છે. જેમાં એવી જોગવાઇ કરવામાં આવી છે કે, પ્રાણીની કતલ માત્ર અને માત્ર રજીસ્ટર્ડ લાઇસન્સ સ્લોટર હાઉસમાં જ થઇ શકે. તેથી મરઘાંઓની કતલ પોલ્ટ્રી શોપ કે મીટ શોપમાં થઇ શકે નહીં.

​​​​​​​મરઘાંનો સમાવેશ એનિમલની વ્યાખ્યામાં થાય છે ​​​​​​​
અરજદારની આ રજૂઆતને ધ્યાનમાં લઇને હાઇકોર્ટ દ્વારા સંસ્થાઓના વકીલને પૂછવામાં આવ્યું કે, મરઘાંનો સમાવેશ એનિમલની વ્યાખ્યામાં થાય છે અને માછલી જેને પાણીમાંથી પકડીને વેચવામાં આવે છે તેને પણ કતલખાને મોકલવી ફરજિયાત છે. આ પ્રશ્નના જવાબમાં અરજદારના વકીલે એવી રજૂઆત કરી હતી કે, માછલીઓ જયારે પાણીની બહાર કાઢવામાં આવે છે ત્યારે તે મરણ ગયેલી સ્થિતિમાં હોય છે અને હાલના વિષયમાં મરઘાંઓને જીવતા, બીજા પ્રાણીઓની નજર સમક્ષ ઘણી ક્રૂરતાપૂર્વક કતલ કરવામાં આવે છે.

કોઇપણ મીટ શોપમાં જીવતા પ્રાણીઓને રાખી શકાય નહીં
ફૂટ સેફ્ટી એન્ડ સ્ટાન્ડર્ડ ( લાયસન્સીંગ એન્ડ રજીસ્ટ્રેશન ઓફ ફૂડ બિઝનેસ રેગ્યુલેશન 2011 ) પ્રમાણે કોઇપણ મીટ શોપમાં જીવતા પ્રાણીઓને રાખી શકાય નહીં. તેવા સંજોગોમાં જીવતા પ્રાણીઓની દુકાનોમાં અથવા કાયદેસર કતલખાના સિવાયની જગ્યાએ કતલ કરી શકાય નહીં. અરજદારની રજૂઆતને ધ્યાનમાં લઇને હાઇકોર્ટે ઉપર્યુક્ત હુક્મ કર્યો હતો.

Friend turned robber in Rajkot city

In a conversation with News 18 Gujarati, Crime Branch PI Yuvraj Singh Jadeja said that Mayur Ashokbhai Phaldu, Hardeepbhai Kanubhai Wala and Mahipal Bhai Bharatbhai Wala have been arrested by the crime team. 17 lakh rupees in cash from the accused, Rs. A gold necklace with Rudraksha mercury worth Rs 2 lakh, an Apple company mobile worth Rs 60,000, a black revolver with a coffee color handle, and a car worth Rs 8 lakh were found and cash worth Rs 27.60 lakh was seized.

Accused invited to play gambling and robbed

In the complaint given to the crime branch, Bhavesh has said that, ‘I buy their goods from farmers and sell them. 12 years ago when I came to Rajkot for college, Mayur Phaldu who is my friend was staying in a rented house in Panchayat Nagar Chowk. At that time I was also living with him as a tenant. Seven years ago I came to live with my wife in Rajkot. I used to meet Mayur in my free time. Also, I have a habit of gambling on festival days. Once I and Mayur both went to gamble together.’

He further said that Mayur stopped my car while coming to Devda village, 10 kilometers from Gondal towards Jetpur. In no time, two people came there with a white colored Innova car. After that, Hardik got agitated and started swearing and also started beating me. Police took action against the accused

According to the complainant, Mayur along with these people also took away the rupees two lakhs and gold Rudraksha beads that I had with me. After that, Bhavesh said that Mach had asked him to bring as much money as he had left at home. After that, as Hardeep and Mahipal said, Bhavesh’s wife gave the money to someone of his. Five schools owned by the Secondary School Education Committee once existed in the city namely Maninagar Municipal Gujarati Secondary School, Municipal Girls High School, Asarwa Municipal Gujarati Secondary School, Bapunagar Municipal Hindi School for classes nine and ten and Rakhiyal Municipal Urdu School with 35 in running classes from class nine to twelve. 1140 students are studying with the academic staff of the people. The Standing Committee meeting discussed about handing over the management of these schools to the Ahmedabad Municipal School Board and starting class IX in the municipal schools.

Waiting for government approval

According to the authorities of Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation regarding this, if the state government gives permission to start new classes in municipal schools along with handing over the schools to the school board, all the facilities including the building are available with the municipal schools. If new classes are allowed in municipal schools, the current dropout ratio will definitely decrease. It is important that, if the government approves, from June 2023, class IX can be started in schools owned by the Ahmedabad Municipal School Board. So a written approval has been sought from the Chief Minister in this matter.

ગઈકાલે ઓડદર ગૌશાળા ખાતે સિંહે ગૌધનના મારણ કર્યા બાદ પાલિકા દ્વારા તાકીદે ગૌશાળા ખાતે લાઈટો મૂકવામાં આવી છે અને ગૌધનની સલામતી માટે ગૌધનને શહેરમાં શિફ્ટ કરવાની કામગીરી હાથ ધરાઈ છે.પોરબંદરના પાદરમાં સિંહે મુકામ કર્યો છે અને અહીંનું વાતાવરણ પણ સિંહને માફક આવી ગયું છે ત્યારે પાલિકા હસ્તકની ઓડદર સ્થિત ગૌશાળા ખાતે સિંહ પહોંચ્યો હતો અને 6 ગૌધનના મારણ કર્યા હતા તેમજ 6 ગૌધન ઈજાગ્રસ્ત બન્યા હતા. જેથી ગૌપ્રેમીઓ ગૌશાળા ખાતે દોડી આવ્યા હતા. અને દીવાલ ઊંચી કરી, લાઈટો મુકાવી, દીવાલ પર ફેન્સિંગ મૂકવા સહિતની ઉગ્ર માંગ કરી હતી.

ઉલ્લેખનીય છેકે, આ ગૌશાળા ખાતે સિંહે બીજી વખત હુમલો કર્યો છે ત્યારે આ બનાવને પગલે પાલિકા તંત્ર ગંભીર બન્યું હતું અને તાકીદે ગૌશાળા ખાતે હેલોજન લાઈટો ફીટ કરવામાં આવી છે. ઉલ્લેખનીય છેકે, આજે બુધવારે યુથ કોંગ્રેસના પ્રમુખ ધર્મેશ પરમાર સહિતના કાર્યકરો અને ગૌપ્રેમીઓ પાલિકા ખાતે પહોંચ્યા હતા અને ગૌધનને શહેરમાં શિફ્ટ કરવા ઉગ્ર રજૂઆત કરી હતી ત્યારે ચીફ ઓફિસરે ગંભીરતાને ધ્યાને લઇને ઓડદર ની ગૌશાળા ખાતેથી ગૌધન ની સલામતી માટે નિર્ણય લીધો હતો અને શહેરની ખાનગી ગૌશાળા ખાતે શિફ્ટ કરવા સૂચના આપી હતી.

હાલ ઓડદર ની ગૌશાળા ખાતેથી ગૌધનને શહેરની ખાનગી ગૌશાળા ખાતે શિફ્ટ કરવામાં આવી રહ્યા છે. ચીફ ઓફિસરે જણાવ્યું છેકે, જો ખાનગી ગૌશાળા ખાતે વધુ જગ્યા નહિ રહે તો ચોપાટી ખાતેના ફૂડઝોન સ્થળે અથવા અન્ય સ્થળે વૈકલ્પિક વ્યવસ્થા કરવામાં આવશે તેમજ ઓડદર ગૌશાળા ખાતે દીવાલો પર ફેન્સિંગ મૂકવામાં આવશે અને સુરક્ષા વ્યવસ્થા કરીને આ ગૌધનને ઓડદર ગૌશાળા ખાતે મૂકવામાં આવશે તેવું જણાવ્યું છે.

Two officials were caught accepting a bribe of 60,000

On receiving the complaint, ACB had set a trap. In which these two corrupt officials were caught red-handed while accepting a bribe of Rs 60,000 from the complainant. These corrupt officials demanded a license for manufacturing bakery products in the bakery of the complainant and one of his relatives and an annual installment of Rs 60,000 in lieu of non-harassment throughout the year. The officials also threatened the complainant.

Hence ACB had set a bribe trap to catch these corrupt officials. Meanwhile, these two corrupt officials were caught red-handed while accepting a bribe of Rs 60,000 from the complainant near the office of the Food and Safety Department. Along with this, it has also been learned that these officials threatened the complainant. That if the annual installment of Rs 60,000 is not given, then the samples of their bakery products will fail and harass them.

Legal action was taken against both the officials

With such threat, the complainant approached ACB to teach a lesson to these two corrupt officers, ACB successfully bribed both officers and initiated legal action against them. Thus, when two high-ranking officials of Valsad district were caught red-handed taking bribes, whispers spread among other government officials of the district as well.

આ સમગ્ર મામલે હાલ વીડિયોના આધારે પોલીસ તપાસ કરી રહી છે બીજી તરફ અગાઉ પણ આ પ્રકારના કાર્યક્રમમાં યોજાયા હતા હવે પઠાણ ફિલ્મનો વિરોધ અમદાવાદથી શરૂ થયો છે અને અન્ય જગ્યા પણ વિરોધ થાય તેવી શક્યતા છે આજે બનેલા આ ઘટના અંગે વિડિયો સામે આવતા હવે પોલીસ અધિકારી દ્વારા પણ તપાસ હાથ ધરવામાં આવશે.
