ગુજરાતમાં કોરાનાના કારણે 2 વર્ષ સુધી પતંગોત્સવ યોજાયો નથી. પરંતુ હવે પતંગરસીકો માટે નવા વર્ષમાં પતંગોત્સવ યોજાવાના સારા સમાચાર આવ્યા છે. 8થી 14 જાન્યુઆરી દરમિયાન અમદાવાદમાં સાબરમતી રિવરફ્રન્ટ ખાતે અને ગુજરાતભરના શહેરોમાં પતંગોત્સવ યોજાશે. ગુજરાત પ્રવાસન નિગમ દ્વારા G-20ની થીમ સાથે આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય પતંગોત્સવ આયોજિત કરવામાં આવશે. દેશ-વિદેશના અનેક પતંગરસિકો આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય પતંગ મહોત્સવમાં હિસ્સો લેવા માટે અમદાવાદ આવશે, જેમાં G-20 દેશોના પતંગરસિકો પણ સામેલ થશે.
મુખ્યમંત્રીની હાજરીમાં રાજ્યપાલ કરશે ઉદઘાટન અમદાવાદમાં સાબરમતી રિવરફ્રન્ટ ખાતે 8 જાન્યુઆરીએ સવારે 8 કલાકે ગુજરાતના રાજ્યપાલ આચાર્ય દેવવ્રત દ્વારા આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય પતંગોત્સવનું ઉદઘાટન કરવામાં આવશે. મુખ્યમંત્રી ભૂપેન્દ્ર પટેલ અને પ્રવાસન મંત્રી મુળૂ બેરા પણ ઉદઘાટન સમારોહ દરમિયાન ઉપસ્થિત રહેશે.
મકરસંક્રાતિએ સૂર્યનમસ્કર, G-20 પરેડ કરાશે મકરસંક્રાંતિએ ઉત્તરી ગોળાર્ધમાં સૂર્યનું આગમન થાય છે. તે માટે સૂર્યનમસ્કારનું પ્રદર્શન કરવામાં આવશે. કાર્યક્રમના પ્રથમ દિવસે ઋષિકુમારો દ્વારા આદિત્ય સ્તુતિ વંદના કરવામાં આવશે. આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય પતંગ મહોત્સવ દરમિયાન તમામ પતંગરસિકો G-20ના લોગો પ્રિન્ટ કરેલા ટી-શર્ટ અને ટોપી પહેરીને એક પરેડનું પ્રદર્શન કરશે.
એક પૃથ્વી, એક પરિવાર, એક ભવિષ્યની થીમ મહોત્સવમાં આવનારા લોકો ‘વન અર્થ, વન ફેમિલિ, વન ફ્યુચર’ (એક પૃથ્વી, એક પરિવાર, એક ભવિષ્ય)ની થીમ સાથે G-20ના લોગોવાળા એક વિશેષ ફોટોબૂથ પર ફોટો અને સેલ્ફી લઇ શકશે. પતંગોત્સવમાં G-20નો લોગો પ્રિન્ટ કરેલી પતંગો આકાશમાં ઊડતી જોવા મળશે.
દરરોજ સાંજે સાંસ્કૃતિક કાર્યક્રમો આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય પતંગોત્સવમાં પતંગનો ભાતીગળ ઇતિહાસ દર્શાવતું થીમ પેવેલિયન ઊભું કરવામાં આવશે. પતંગો બનાવવા અને ઉડાવવા માટેની એક વર્કશોપ પણ આયોજિત કરવામાં આવશે. આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય પતંગોત્સવ દરમિયાન મુલાકાતીઓ માટે દરરોજ સાંજે સાંસ્કૃતિક કાર્યક્રમો પણ આયોજિત કરવામાં આવશે.
શા માટે G-20ની થીમ? ઉલ્લેખનીય છે કે ડિસેમ્બર 2022થી ભારતે G-20ની અધ્યક્ષતા સંભાળી છે. જેથી ભારતભરમાં G-20નો અર્થ શું છે તેની સમજણ વધારવા માટે અનેક કાર્યક્રમો આયોજિત કરવામાં આવી રહ્યા છે. ધ ગ્રુપ ઓફ 20 (G-20) આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય આર્થિક સહયોહ માટેનું મુખ્ય મંચ છે. તે તમામ મુખ્ય આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય આર્થિક મુદ્દાઓને આકાર આપવામાં મહત્વપૂર્ણ ભૂમિકા ભજવે છે. ભારત 1 ડિસેમ્બર, 2022થી 30 નવેમ્બર, 2023 સુધી G-20ની અધ્યક્ષતા કરવાનું છે. આ દરમિયાન સમગ્ર ભારતમાં 200થી વધુ બેઠકો અને કાર્યક્રમો આયોજિત કરવામાં આવશે, જેમાંથી ગુજરાતમાં આગામી મહિનાઓમાં આવી 15 બેઠકોનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવશે.
ભાવનગર શહેરના આખલોલ જકાતનાકા વિસ્તારમાં રહેતા એક બુટલેગરે અમદાવાદથી કડબના જથ્થાની આડમાં મંગાવેલ ઈંગ્લીશ દારૂ-બિયરનો જથ્થો વરતેજ પોલીસે નારી ગામ નજીક આવેલ દસનાળા પાસેથી ઝડપી લીધો હતો અને દારૂ-બિયરની ખેપ લઈને આવેલ બે ખેપીયાઓ સહિત બુટલેગર વિરુદ્ધ ગુનો નોંધી વધુ તપાસ હાથ ધરી છે.
સમગ્ર બનાવ અંગે વરતેજ પોલીસ મથકે થી જાણવા મળતી વિગતો અનુસાર વરતેજ પોલીસ સ્ટેશનના ડી-સ્ટાફના હે.કો અજીતસિંહ મોરી રાજદિપસિંહ ગોહિલ સહિતના જવાનો પેટ્રોલીંગમાં હોય એ દરમ્યાન બાતમીદારોએ ચોક્કસ બાતમી આપી હતી કે અશોક લેલન્ડ ટેમ્પામા ઈંગ્લીશ દારૂ-બિયરનો જથ્થો શહેરમાં લાવવામાં આવી રહ્યો છે. જે હકીકત આધારે ટીમ નારી ગામથી આગળ દસનાળા પાસે વોચમા હોય એ દરમ્યાન બાતમીદારોએ આપેલ વર્ણન વાળો અને લીલી કડબ(જુવાર)-પશુચારો ભરેલ ટેમ્પો નં-જી-જે-04-એડબલ્યુ-1318 પસાર થતાં જેને અટકાવી ટેમ્પામા સવાર ચાલક સહિત બંને શખ્સોને ટેમ્પા નીચે ઉતારી નામ-સરનામાં સાથે ટેમ્પામા તલાશી હાથ ધરી હતી.
જેમાં અટક કરેલ શખ્સોએ પોતાના નામ ચિરાગ ગોવિંદ લકુમ ઉ.વ.28 રે.ઈન્દિરાનગર આખલોલ જકાતનાકા તથા સંજય પ્રવિણ વડલીયા ઉ.વ.21 રે.નારી ગામ વાળા હોવાનું જણાવેલ તથા ટેમ્પામા લીલી કડબ નિચે સંતાડેલ ઈંગ્લિશ દારૂ-બિયરનો જથ્થો મળી આવતા આ જથ્થા અંગે પાસ-પરમિટ માંગતા બંને શખ્સો સંતોષકારક જવાબ કે દસ્તાવેજ રજૂ ન કરી શકતા બંને શખ્સોને મુદ્દામાલ સાથે વરતેજ પોલીસ સ્ટેશનમાં લાવી પુછપરછ કરતાં આ દારૂ-બિયરનો જથ્થો આખલોલ જકાતનાકા વિસ્તારમાં રહેતા બુટલેગર મુકેશ ઉર્ફે ચોટલી ધાપા વાળાએ મંગાવ્યો હોવાની કેફિયત આપતા પોલીસે ત્રણેય શખ્સો વિરુદ્ધ પ્રોહિબીશન એકટ હેઠળ ગુનો નોંધી ઈંગ્લીશ દારૂની બોટલ બિયરના ટીન મોબાઈલ નંગ-2 ટેમ્પો મળી કુલ રૂ.7,94,960નો મુદ્દામાલ કબ્જે કરી ખેપીયાઓને લોકઅપમા ધકેલી મુખ્ય બુટલેગર મુકેશ ઉર્ફે ચોટલીને ઝડપી લેવા તજવીજ હાથ ધરી હતી.

Ensuring the availability of water resources in all its forms to every citizen, then, is the challenge of today as well as an opportunity.’ Presenting the vision of the year 2047 for Gujarat, he said, ‘The vision of Gujarat is planned on four main pillars. Availability of resources in the first pillar, proper planning of demand in the second pillar, proper utilization of supply as per requirement in the third pillar and water sustainability in the fourth pillar have to be ensured for long term. He gave details about the current approach of the Gujarat government and the new schemes that the state government wants to undertake in the coming years, in which way Gujarat will achieve these four pillars.
Giving a presentation on Gujarat’s 20 years of achievement on how water supply was ensured for the development of scarce and under-resourced areas of the state, the minister said that Gujarat has implemented this four-tier system to address issues such as tanker raj, bringing water from long distances, large-scale migration of people and animals from Kutch to Saurashtra. by has made the past. In the first level, additional water of one area has been supplied to the areas of Saurashtra, Kutch, North Gujarat. For which the state government has implemented schemes like Narmada Command Development, Sujlam Suflam. Production in the agricultural sector has increased two-and-a-half times in 20 years due to ensuring availability of water. Production in the animal husbandry sector has increased fivefold and Morbi, Kutch and other areas of Saurashtra, from where millions of people migrated to other areas, have grown into thriving centers, creating local employment and employing people from the state as well as outsiders.
Presenting the details with the statistics of the transfers like dark zones and critical areas in 20 years, he said that the state government has significantly reduced the critical, semi-critical and dark zones in 20 years and the per capita availability of water for every citizen of the state in the year 2047. is The state government is determined to increase it from 850 cubic meters to 1700 cubic meters. ઉત્તરાયણના તહેવારને હવે થોડાજ દિવસો બાકી રહ્યા છે. તેવામાં માર્કેટમાં પતંગ દોરીનું વેચાણ શરૂ થઈ ચૂક્યું છે. ત્યારે પ્રતિબંધિત ચાઈનીઝ દોરીનું વેચાણ કરતા ઈસમો સામે પોલીસની લાખ જોવા મળી છે. જિલ્લામાં અલગ અલગ વિસ્તારોમાંથી પોલીસે ચાઈનીઝ દોરીનું વેચાણ કરતા ઈસમોની અટકાયત કરી ચાઈનીઝ દોરીનો જથ્થો જપ્ત કરી રહી છે. તેવામાં મહીસાગર જિલ્લાના બાલાસિનોર શહેરમાંથી મોટી માત્રામાં ચાઈનીઝ દોરીનો જથ્થો પોલીસે ઝડપી પાડ્યો છે.
રેડ કરીને કુલ 21.28 લાખનો મુદ્દામાલ કબ્જે કરાયો મહીસાગર જિલ્લાની બાલાસિનોર પોલીસે બાતમી આધારે શહેરની જી.આઈ.ડી.સીમાં પ્લોટ નંબર C/146ના ગોડાઉનમાંથી પ્રતિબંધિત ઘાતકી ચાઈનીઝ દોરીનો મોટી માત્રામાં જથ્થો ઝડપી પાડ્યો છે. જેમાં જી.આઈ.ડી.સી.ના ગોડાઉનમાં ઈદ્રિશ ઈસાક શેખ જે બાલાસિનોરનો રહેવાસી છે. તે પ્રતિબંધિત ચાઈનીઝ દોરીનો મોટી માત્રામાં સ્ટોક કરી વેચાણ કરતો હતો. જેવી બાતમી બાલાસિનોર પોલીસને મળી હતી. જે બાદ પોલીસે ત્યાં રેડ કરી હતી. જ્યાં પોલીસને કુલ ફીરકી 12,542 નંગ મળી આવી છે. જેની કુલ કિંમત રૂપિયા 21 લાખ 28 હજાર 180 છે. તમામ મુદ્દામાલ પોલીસે કબ્જે કરી ઈદ્રીશ શેખ સામે બાલાસિનોર પોલીસ મથકે ગુનો નોંધી આગળની કાર્યવાહી હાથ ધરી છે.
ગોડાઉન ખાતે કુલ ફિરકી નંગ 12,532 મળી આવી સમગ્ર મામલે બાલાસિનોર પોલીસ સ્ટેશનના પોલીસ ઇસ્પેક્ટર એન.એ.નિનામ સાથે વાત કરતા તેઓએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે, આજરોજ બાલાસિનોર પોલીસને બાતમી મળી હતી કે, બાલાસિનોર જી.આઈ.ડી.સી ખાતે પ્લોટ નંબર C/146ના ગોડાઉનમાં ઈદ્રિશભાઈ ઇસકભાઈ શેખ જે બાલાસિનોરના રહેવાસી છે. જે પ્રતિબંધિત ચાઈનીઝ દોરીનું સ્ટોક કરી અને વેપાર કરે છે. જે ગોડાઉન ખાતે તાપસ કરતા કુલ ફિરકી નંગ 12,532 જેની કિંમત રૂપિયા 21,28,180ની ગણી શકાય. જે તમામ મુદ્દામાલ તપાસના કામે જપ્ત કરવામાં આવેલા છે. તથા ઈદ્રિશભાઈ વિરુદ્ધમાં ગુનો દાખલ કરી આગળની વધુ તપાસ ચાલુ છે.
2 દિવસમાં ચાઈનીઝ દોરીના વેચાણના 3 કિસ્સા સામે આવ્યા તો બીજી તરફ મહીસાગર SOGએ પણ ચાઈનીઝ દોરી વેચાણ પર બાતમી આધારે રેડ કરી હતી. જેમાં લુણાવાડા શહેરના કસ્બા જવાહર રોડ ખાતે રહેતો ગફુરખાન અહેમદખાન પઠાણ જે પોતાના ઘરે પ્રતિબંધિત ચાઈનીઝ દોરીનું વેચાણ કરતો હતો. જ્યાં પોલીસે રેડ કરી ચાઈનીઝ દોરીના 75 નાના મોટા ફિરકા ઝડપી પાડ્યા હતા. જેની કુલ કિંમત 28,500 છે. તેમજ આરોપીની અટકાયત કરી લુણાવાડા પોલીસ સ્ટેશનના ગુનો નોંધી આગળની કાર્યવાહી હાથ ધરી છે. તો ગતરોજ પણ જિલ્લામાંથી મહીસાગર લોકલ ક્રાઇમ બ્રાન્ચે પ્રતિબંધિત ચાઈનીઝ દોરીનો જથ્થો ઝડપી પાડ્યો હતો. જિલ્લા LCBએ બાતમી આધારે લુણાવાડા તાલુકાના નવા રાબડીયા તેમજ હાડોડ ખાતેથી કુલ 64 નંગ ચાઈનીઝ દોરીના ફિરકા ઝડપી પાડ્યા હતા જેની કિંમત 25,600 હતી. તેમજ આ સાથે પોલીસે 4 આરોપીઓની પણ અટકાયત કરી કોઠંબા પોલીસ મથકે ગુનો નોંધ્યો હતો.

જૂનાગઢના ગીર જંગલમાં ચદનના ઝાડ કાપી ચોરી કરનાર ટોળકીનો પર્દાફાશ થયો છે. ચંદનની ચોરી મામલે વન વિભાગે 13 મહિલાઓ સહિત 21 વ્યકિતઓને ઝડપી કાયદેસરની કાર્યવાહી હાથ ધરી છે.
ગીર જંગલમાંથી થોડા સમય પહેલા પાંચ ચંદનના ઝાડની ચોરી થઈ હોવાનું વનવિભાગના ધ્યાનમાં આવ્યું હતું. ત્યારબાદ વનવિભાગ દ્વારા પેટ્રોલીંગ વધારી દેવામાં આવ્યું હતું. રાતના સમયે ચંદનનું કટીંગ કરવામાં આવતું હોવાની વાત વન વિભાગને જાણવા મળતા વન વિભાગ દ્વારા ચંદનના વૃક્ષનું કટીંગ કરી તેની ચોરી કરતા એક ઈસમને પકડી પાડવામાં આવ્યો હતો.ત્યારબાદ વનવિભાગે ચંદન ચોરની પૂછપરછ કરતા વધુ ટ્રેપ ગોઠવી 21 વ્યકિતઓને ડિટેઈન કરવામાં આવ્યા હતા.
ગીરમાંથી મધ્યપ્રદેશની ચંદન ચોર ગેંગને ઝડપી પાડી વધુ પૂછપરછ હાથ ધરવામાં આવી છે. આ બાબતે જૂનાગઢના સીસીએફ આરાધના સાહુએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે મધ્યપ્રદેશના ચંદન ચોર ગેંગના 21 લોકોને પકડી પાડવામાં આવ્યા છે . અલગ અલગ જગ્યાએથી વન વિભાગ દ્વારા આરોપીઓને પકડી પાડવામાં આવ્યા હતા, તેઓએ પાંચથી છ ચંદનના ઝાડનું કટીંગ કર્યું છે.
પાટણ જિલ્લા શિક્ષણ અને તાલીમ ભવન ખાતે આયોજિત બે દિવસીય જિલ્લા કક્ષાના એજ્યુકેશનલ ઇનોવેશન ફેસ્ટિવલમાં જિલ્લાના 53 જેટલા શિક્ષકોએ જુદા જુદા ઇનોવેશન રજુ કર્યા હતા. ફેસ્ટિવલના સમાપન સમારોહમાં ઉપસ્થિત અધિકારીઓના હસ્તે ઇનોવેટિવ ટીચર્સને પ્રમાણપત્ર અને ટ્રોફી આપીને સન્માનિત કરવામાં આવ્યા હતા.
જી.સી.ઈ.આર.ટી. ગાંધીનગર પ્રેરિત જિલ્લા શિક્ષણ અને તાલીમ ભવન પાટણ દ્વારા આયોજિત જિલ્લા કક્ષાના આઠમા એજ્યુકેશનલ ઇનોવેશન ફેસ્ટિવલનો સમાપન સમારોહ પાટણ જિલ્લા શિક્ષણાધિકારી અશોક ચૌધરીની ઉપસ્થિતિમાં આજે યોજવામાં આવ્યો હતો જેમાં ડિઈઓ એ જણાવ્યું હતું કે શાળા કક્ષાએ શિક્ષણ કાર્યમાં પડતી સમસ્યા અને સમસ્યાના સમાધાન માટે કરવામાં આવતું ઇનોવેશન જે શિક્ષણ જગત માટે ચોક્કસથી લાભદાયી છે.ડાયટ પ્રચાર્ય પિન્કીબેન રાવલ દ્વારા ડિઈઓનું સન્માન કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું.
આ પ્રસંગે સરસ્વતી તાલુકા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ અધિકારી મહેન્દ્ર મકવાણા ખાસ ઉપસ્થિત રહ્યા હતા. તેમણે જણાવ્યું કે, મારું એ સદભાગ્ય રહ્યું છે કે અત્યાર સુધી થયેલા તમામ ઇનોવેશન નિહાળવાનો અવસર પ્રાપ્ત થયો છે. તેમણે ઇનોવેટીવ ટીચર્સને બિરદાવ્યા હતા.શાળા કક્ષાએ સુંદર ઇનોવેશન કરી બે દિવસ જિલ્લા કક્ષાએ પ્રેઝન્ટેશન રજૂ કરનાર તમામ ઇનોવેટિવ ટીચર્સને જિલ્લા શિક્ષણ અધિકારીના વરદ હસ્તે જિલ્લાના 53 ઇનોવેટિવ ટીચર્સને પ્રમાણપત્ર અને ટ્રોફી આપીને સન્માનિત કરવામાં આવ્યા હતા.
પાટણ ખાતે આયોજીત આ શિક્ષકો માટેના શૈક્ષણિક ઇનોવેશન મહોત્સવમાં જિલ્લાના વિવિધ શાળાઓના શિક્ષકોએ ઉત્સાહભેર ભાગ લઇને તેમનાં અવનવા ઇનોવેશન રજૂ કર્યા હતાં. પાટણ ડાયેટ ખાતે આ ઇનોવેશન જોવા માટે મોટી સંખ્યામાં જિલ્લાની શાળાઓના શિક્ષકો અને વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ મુલાકાત લીધી હતી. કેટલાક ઇનોવેશન ખૂબ જ મહેનત માંગી લે તેવા અને અમલીકરણમાં મુકવા જેવા જોવા મળ્યા હતાં.
ઉપસ્થિત અધિકારીઓએ આ ફેસ્ટીવલના દરેક સ્ટોલની મુલાકાત લીધી હતી અને શિક્ષકો પાસેથી જ તેનામાં રહેલ નાવીન્ય અંગે જાણકારી મેળવી હતી. અને આવી બાબતો પ્રેરણારૂપ હોવાનું જણાવ્યું હતું. આભારવિધિ ડીઆઇસી કો.ઓર્ડીનેટર ડો. પીનલબેન ગોરડીયા દ્વારા કરવામાં આવી હતી. કાર્યક્રમનું સંચાલન કાંસા સીઆરસી રાજેશ દેસાઈ દ્વારા કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું.

Ahmedabad: In the graduation ceremony of Gujarat University, the influence of female students has been seen more than male students. A total of 167 students have been awarded gold medals in graduation. Out of them, 86 female students have topped in getting medals. A student studying LLB and another student studying medicine in Motilal Nehru College have both achieved 8 gold medals. While another student has got 10 gold medals.
Degree awarded to more than 50 thousand students
A total of more than 51 thousand students have been awarded degrees in the graduation ceremony of Gujarat University. Out of them more than 300 students have been awarded with medals. As many as 167 students have been awarded gold medals. But out of these 167 there were 86 female students who beat the male students and captured the gold medal.
