Are you also watching videos on YouTube by registering wrong age, so be careful! YouTube launched the new AI system that will check your age - are you also watching videos on youtube by entering warg age then be careful youtube launched a new ai system which will check your age

YouTube has developed a new AI-based system for the correct identity of the age of users, which is already in a testing era in the US. Its purpose is to provide the right content to the teenagers according to their age so that they can inadvertently avoid inappropriate materials. This technique works based on their videos watching patterns, account activity and favorite categories.

Through this AI system, it will be ascertained whether the user is under 18 or more. Based on this, users will be shown suitable content and ad for them.

If the system incorrectly recognizes a user, that is, he calls him a teenage while he is actually an adult, the user will be able to verify his age with government ID, credit card or selfie.

Special digital wellbying tools and safe suggestions will be provided for young users, such as closing individual advertisements.

AI-based feature will apply only to users who login to their YouTube account. The unlogged user will not control.

This new system will also provide relief to parents, as their children will still be able to watch videos in a safe environment on YouTube.

Reduced access to restricted content will also create a better environment for children in terms of mental health.

YouTube said that this technology has been used successfully in other countries and is now expanding in America.

Nevertheless, some users are cautious and concerned about giving ID or biometric data for age identification, as it can threaten their privacy.

'Unjustified': India junks Nepal's claim over Lipulekh pass; advises dialogue

NEW DELHI: The ministry of external affairs on Wednesday rejected Nepal’s territorial claims over Lipulekh pass, saying it remains “open to constructive interaction” for the resolution of outstanding boundary issues. The ministry said that the claims made by Nepal is neither justified nor based on historical facts and evidence.“We have noted the comments of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Nepal related to resumption of border trade between India and China through the Lipulekh Pass,” MEA spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said.“Our position in this regard has been consistent and clear. Border trade between India and China through Lipulekh pass had commenced in 1954 and has been going on for decades. This trade had been disrupted in recent years due to Covid and other developments, and both sides have now agreed to resume it,” he said.“As regards territorial claims, our position remains that such claims are neither justified nor based on historical facts and evidence. Any unilateral artificial enlargement of territorial claims is untenable. India remains open to constructive interaction with Nepal on resolving agreed outstanding boundary issues through dialogue and diplomacy,” he added. This comes after India and China agreed to reopen border trade through Lipulekh Pass during Chinese foreign minister Wang Yi’s visit to New Delhi.“Both sides agreed to the re-opening of border trade through the three designated trading points, namely Lipulekh Pass, Shipki La Pass and Nathu La Pass,” a joint communique between New Delhi and Beijing said.Nepal has long claimed Lipulekh, Kalapani and Limpiyadhura as part of its sovereign land. Tensions escalated in November 2019 when India published a new political map incorporating Kalapani and Lipulekh within its boundary.

Removal of 'tainted' PM, CMs & ministers: Opposition, Centre lock horns over 3 contentious bills; here are the key provisions | India News

Amit Shah Vs Oppn Showdown: Bill To Remove PM, CMs Over Criminal Cases Sparks Big Lok Sabha Ruckus

What Shah

NEW DELHI: Union home minister What Shah on Wednesday tabled three bills in the Lok Sabha amid heavy opposition protests and sloganeering. The bills aim for the removal of Prime Minister, Union minister, chief minister or state/UT minister of they are arrested or kept in custody for serious criminal charges for 30 consecutive days. The three Bills are:

  1. Constitution (One Hundred and Thirtieth Amendment) Bill, 2025
  2. Government of Union Territories (Amendment) Bill, 2025
  3. Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation (Amendment) Bill, 2025

If a lawmaker is in custody for 30 straight days for crimes punishable with five years or more in jail, they will automatically lose their post on the 31st day.Amit Shah also moved a motion in the Lok Sabha to refer these three bills to a joint parliamentary committee for further discussion. After introducing three bills targeting “tainted” PMs, CMs, and ministers, Union home minister Shah said it was up to the people to decide whether it was appropriate for a prime minister, chief minister, or minister to continue running the government while being in jail.Notably, former Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal and Tamil Nadu minister V Senthil Balaji never resigned after their arrests on different charges.

What the bills say –

Constitution (One Hundred and Thirtieth Amendment) Bill, 2025

The Constitution does not have rules to remove a Prime Minister or minister under serious criminal charges. This bill proposes amending Articles 75, 164, and 239AA so that ministers at the Union, state, and Delhi government levels can be removed if arrested for serious crimes.

Government of Union Territories (Amendment) Bill, 2025

Currently, the Government of Union Territories Act, 1963 does not allow removing a chief minister or minister if they are arrested for serious crimes. This bill proposes amending Section 45 to give a legal framework for their removal.

Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation (Amendment) Bill, 2025

The Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation Act, 2019 currently lacks a provision to remove the chief minister or ministers in such cases. This bill proposes amending Section 54 to provide a legal way to remove them if they are in custody for serious criminal charges.

Opposition, Centre lock horns

Meanwhile, Rahul Gandhi slammed the bill brought by Amit Shah, saying, “There is a lot of action going on about the new Bill that the BJP is proposing. We are going back to medieval times when the king could just remove anybody at will. There’s no concept of what an elected person is. He doesn’t like your face, so he tells ED to put a case, and then a democratically elected person is wiped out within 30 days.”RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav, positioning himself as the primary challenger to Nitish Kumar in Bihar, called the bills part of a “larger conspiracy.” Speaking to ANI, he said, “This bill has been brought because it is part of a larger conspiracy to pressurize Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and ask him to stay in limits and accommodate BJP leaders in the tickets given to JDU leaders… This bill has been brought to keep Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu in check… They can also file a new case (on Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar)...”AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi described the bills as the “last nail in the coffin,” declaring, “I stand to oppose the introduction of the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation (Amendment) Bill 2025, the Government of Union Territories (Amendment) Bill 2025, and the Constitution (One Hundred and Thirtieth Amendment) Bill 2025. This violates the principle of separation of powers and undermines the right of the people to elect a government. It gives executive agencies a free hand to act as judge and executioner based on flimsy allegations and suspicions.” He added, “This government is hell-bent on creating a Police State. This will be the final nail in the coffin of elected governments. The Indian Constitution is being amended to turn this country into a police state. The Chief Minister and the Ministers will not be accountable to the people.”Responding to the opposition backlash, Amit Shah said that while Prime Minister Narendra Modi has brought a constitutional amendment bill to bring himself within the ambit of law, the Opposition, led by Congress, has opposed it “to remain outside the law’s ambit, run governments from jail and not relinquish their attachment to power.”“Now, the people of the country will have to decide whether it is appropriate for a minister, chief minister or the prime minister to run the government while in jail,” he said in a series of posts on X in Hindi.Shah further said that in view of the Modi government’s commitment to fight political corruption and the public’s anger, he had introduced a Constitutional Amendment Bill in Parliament with the consent of the Lok Sabha Speaker. The bill ensures that important constitutional posts such as the prime minister, chief ministers and ministers at the Centre and in the states cannot run governments while being in jail.“The purpose of this Bill is to elevate the declining level of morality in public life and bring integrity to politics,” he added.Brushing aside the opposition’s claims, BJP leader Anurag Thakur said, “The Opposition is opposing morality and honesty. Their unruly behaviour was shameful. Footage will show how they rushed towards the Union Home Minister, tore papers, and threw them at him. It is clear they are aligning with dishonesty. The Opposition has stooped so low in protesting against this bill.”BJP MP Sambit Patra also hit out at the Opposition, saying, “I don’t think what the Opposition and Congress members did today in Parliament has ever happened in history. When the Union Home Minister was tabling the 130th Amendment, the Opposition tore the document and intimidated both the Speaker and the Union Home Minister. This black chapter has been written by the Opposition to safeguard corruption.”

What is the relationship of S-400 with 'Sudarshan Chakra'? Russian diplomat gave surprising reply

Russian Diplomat Babushkin: Russian diplomat Roman Babushkin shocked everyone by calling the S-400 missile system ‘Sudarshan Chakra’ during a press conference in New Delhi on Wednesday. In the Russian Embassy, Deputy Chief Mission Babushin was asked if India would consider systems like Iron Dome of Israel, he replied: ‘You mean Sudarshan Chakra?’ He further jokingly said, ‘Ask in Hindi next time, I can give better answers!’

Babushkin’s statement came a few days after Prime Minister Modi’s announcement of ‘Mission Sudarshan Chakra’ in Independence Day speech. This mission is an ambitious plan to develop an indigenous air defense shield on the lines of Israeli’s Iron Dome, which aims to protect India’s important citizen and strategic properties from external threats. Babushkin appreciated the India-Russia relations during briefing. He started his conversation in Hindi, ‘Will start … Shri Ganesh will do!’

What is ‘Sudarshan Chakra’?

It is an air defense system. India has bought the S-400 missile system from Russia, also known as ‘Sudarshan Chakra’ in India. The system played an important role during the military conflict with Pakistan in May and killed Pakistan’s missiles and drones.

Babushkin criticizes American trade policies

The Russian diplomat also strongly criticized the tariff imposed on India by the US, claiming that such steps reflect the lack of trust and disrespect to national sovereignty. He said that if Indian goods have difficulty in entering the US market due to the fees levied by President Donald Trump, Russia would ‘welcome’ them.

India tests its most formidable Agni-5 missile | India News

India tests its most formidable Agni-5 missile

NEW DELHI: India successfully tested its most formidable nuclear-capable Agni-5 ballistic missile, which has a strike range of over 5,000-km to reach even the northernmost parts of China, from the integrated test range at Chandipur in Odisha on Wednesday.“The launch validated all operational and technical parameters. It was carried out under the aegis of the Strategic Forces Command (SFC),” the defence ministry said in a brief statement. The test comes over a year after the Agni-5 was tested for the first time with a multiple-warhead capability or MIRV (multiple independently targetable re-entry vehicle) technology under ‘Mission Divyastra’ on March 11, 2024.It will take a few years for the Agni-5 with MIRV to become operational after multiple tests. A MIRV payload basically means a single missile carrying three-four nuclear warheads, each programmed to be released at different speeds with different trajectories to hit different targets that can be hundreds of kms apart. As of now, the tri-Service SFC, which was established in 2003 to handle the country’s nuclear arsenal, only has single-warhead ballistic missiles in its arsenal. They range from the Pakistan-specific Prithvi-2 (350-km strike range) and Agni-1 (700-km) missiles to Agni-2 (2,000-km), Agni-3 (3,000-km) and the near ICBM (intercontinental ballistic missile) Agni-5, which are largely geared towards China.“The test of the solid-fuelled, three-stage Agni-5 on Wednesday was a routine training trial carried out periodically by the SFC of already inducted missiles,” an official said.Significantly, the Agni-5 is a canister-launch missile, with a mated warhead in a ready-to-fire configuration. The hermetically-sealed canisters, while protecting the missiles from the environment, give the SFC the requisite operational flexibility to store them for long periods, swiftly transport them through rail or road, and fire it from wherever they want.India is also steadily working towards strengthening its nuclear triad, with the naval leg set to be augmented with the commissioning of a third SSBN (nuclear-powered submarine armed nuclear ballistic missiles) as INS Aridhaman this year. The first two SSBNs, INS Arihant and INS Arighaat, are already operational.Parallelly, DRDO and the SFC have also been conducting “pre-induction night trials” of the new-generation and canister-launch Agni-Prime ballistic missile, which has a strike range from 1,000 to 2,000-km and will gradually replace the Agni-1 and Agni-2 missiles in the country’s nuclear arsenal.China, of course, has ICBMs like the DongFeng-5 and DF-41 with ranges over 12,000-km. It is also adding around 100 nuclear warheads every year to its existing stockpile of 600 warheads. As per the latest assessment by the Stockholm International Peace Institute (SIPRI) released in June, China’s nuclear arsenal is growing faster than any other country and is likely to touch 1,500 warheads by 2035. India, in turn, has 180 warheads and Pakistan 170.
